Vieni a goderti la nostra bellissima casa sul lago Eustis.
La nostra casa sul lago con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è pronta per farti sperimentare la pesca, la nautica o semplicemente per rilassarti sul molo o nella liana protetta. Entrambe le camere hanno letti queen size e anche il divano letto è una regina. La casa è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per godersi il soggiorno per una settimana, un mese o più. WiFi, DirecTV, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e barbecue a gas.
Non dimenticare le tue canne da pesca e affronta!
La casa ha un molo per la pesca, un posto auto coperto e una barca coperta. Circa 1/2 miglio forma grande rampa pubblica e noleggio barche e moto d'acqua.
Venite a godervi giornate piene di divertimento in barca, pesca e molti ristoranti sul lago a pochi minuti dal molo. Vicino a Tavares con parco sul lungomare, il Monte. Centro storico di Dora e ottimi ristoranti. Solo circa 1 ora di auto da parchi e attrazioni Disney.

The property was just what we hoped it would be. Nice, clean and well appointed. It was very comfortable and the sun rise was spectacular.

When you say Lake Life this is it. Awesome view from the house/dock. Beautiful home with the best stocked kitchen to cook up any meal. We cooked in the kitchen and used the grill. Of course we went out to eat, if you have a boat you never need to use your car at all. We went to several restaurants by boat and had a great time and good meals. Can't beat this place for Lake Eustis.

We loved our stay at this little cottage. The sunrise was perfect every morning! God really showed out! Birding, shopping/thrifting, fishing and just relaxing on the pier made for a perfect stay. The kitchen was abundantly stocked—had everything we needed and more! The whole place was just perfect! Could not have asked for more!

The house is charming and the lake view is stunning.

This place was the perfect place for a fisherman getaway. There is a large boat ramp located within walking distance, a dock where you can drive in and tie up, also a covered slip down a canal to store a boat when the lake is windy (20 foot bass boat fit no problem). The covered slip has power to plug to charge your boat. We were able to park the boat trailer in the car port and a large truck in front of the car port/boat slip. The house house was great, the screened in porch a nice touch to have a drink after a day on the water. Place was very clean and owner was very friendly and answered any questions we had. 10/10.

We absolutely loved this house and the location. It was convenient to many things. The view was beautiful.
We were in town for a high school fishing tournament.
The only downfall was there's no trailer parking or no place to turn around. If you not trailering a boat then this house is perfect!

This was a beautiful little gem of a place to stay. It had everything we needed to cook a great Christmas meal. It felt like home. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was the weather.

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the Lake Eustis waterfront amenity the most. The scenery of the lake could be viewed from inside the house, or from the large screened porch, from the back yard, or the pier. The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular! We we’re totally entertained by a variety of water birds who made their appearances along the piers and shores of this and neighboring properties daily.
Inside, the house was very clean, with comfortable furnishings and beds. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. It was not so elegant that you felt like you had to “walk on eggshells”. We appreciated the down to earth and more relaxed feel of this home. Thank you!

When the weather is nice, sitting in the screened in porch or on the dock is heavenly. Maybe not so much on cold, windy days. The view was spectacular, the accommodations comfortable.
The two-person table in the dining area was somewhat insufficient for four adults when sitting outside became impossible, but we made it work.
The kitchen was fully equipped, the appliances clean. Overall, the rental was as pictured. The owner is very helpful when needed and answered our questions in a timely fashion.
If you're looking for a water-side place, this might be just the ticket!

A friend and I stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Sat on the dock every morning with our coffee. Easy drive to Eustis and Mt Dora.

Great Place and Location
Great property. Great place. It is perfect for myself in the middle of Harris chain of Lakes. Nice to have Boat access in back canal and also main lake view. House was great had everything you would need. Would definitely return bin future.

Magical
Perfect little gem! I wish I could keep this place a secret! The house is just adorable with everything one could need for a great getaway. The location of the property in relationship to neighboring venues such as Mt. Dora, Leesburg and Silver Springs, could not have been any better! The great views, wonderful wildlife, and gentle breezes from the dock, were the perfect medicine needed to completely relax. Just magical!

Great location for fishermen!
Property was very comfortable 2/2 with incredible views of Lake Eustis. Pictures are accurate and the owner, Bill was great to work with. With direct access to Lake Eustis, and Lakes Dora and Harris near by, you have some of the best bass and crappie fishing in the state to choose from. The house is in a very quite neighborhood and even though 441 is nearby, you don't even notice it. My friend and I are already talking about a return trip.

2nd visit...perfect!!
We just had to come back to Lakeside Breeze! The rainy weather didn't put a damper on our enjoyment of this perfect little house! Great view, wonderful screened in porch, everything we needed in the kitchen. Rented a boat just around the corner, explored several nearby parks. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with some nearby adventures, this is just the place to call "home"! Since we have been here twice, we just call it OUR lake house!!!

The place was everything we expected. I was traveling with my elderly parents and wanted someplace they would enjoy. The place everything we needed to be comfortable. Clean, quiet and beautiful! My parents loved It!

12-cup coffee pot had grinds in it. 1-4 cup paper filters were probably used. It took 3 days to get them out. Racks in oven were dirty. Otherwise.fantastic experience.

Quick getaway
Gorgeous property. Took the boat down to do some fishing and was very impressed with our experience. Bill was awesome. Will definitely be going back in the spring.

Relax and enjoy!
We had a wonderful week-end at the lake house! Everything about the house is PERFECT, and THEN the dock where we enjoyed sunrises/sunsets, moon-rises, and boat watching. It was so peaceful. We never needed to meet Bill, but he was very welcoming with his communication. We hope to be back again!
