What an amazing stay in Citrus Heights!!
I could not have asked for more from this property.
Bunk Beds for the kids, with a separate room for the Teenager. On top of that we loved using the Pool Table, and were thankful for the Pool during the heat wave!
I'm a regular VRBO user, and this one of the best experiences I've had. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area (Hopefully, it will be less than 100F next time!).

It was a beautiful house, exactly how it was described online. Had everything we needed and more! Everybody enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for hanging out with family and we definitely loved the pool!

We were really happy with this house. We could tell that it has been carefully prepared for guests with comfort in mind. It's well stocked and has lots of extras like games and activities. The pool was really nice to use and the patio was lovely in the morning and evening. (Too hot mid-day this time of year!) Convenient location and helpful guest instructions. We'll keep it in mind for our future needs.

We celebrated a 30th birthday at this property and we could not stop talking about how fantastic it is. There are so many things to do here. Swimming, putting green, corn hole, outside bar with TV, and games. The host has thought of everything. Every amenity has been thought of. Any type of cooking or baking item is provided. All the appliances work and we used them all. There are extra little things provided like toothpaste, toothbrushes and facial cleansing wipes. The inside and the outside are spacious with plenty of room for 10 guests. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

Needed a family rental for my mom’s memorial. Eve was incredibly helpful and contacted us immediately about an ID that had been left behind. Beautiful home!

Eve is fantastic. I have stayed in different homes and have never had a hostess like Eve. She thought of everything. She left water for us plus snacks, tea, coffee, cocoa and so much more. Everyone loved the pool and the boys really loved playing pool. We had a lot of fun. I would definitely ask to come back. The place was clean and just beautiful. She left instructions in a book and you couldn't ask for anything more informative. She is just absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you Eve for such a wonderful vacation for us. God bless

Thank you so much to Eve. She was very attentive to any of our needs and the house was perfect for our family. Great backyard and the kids had a blast in the pool and on the putting green. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Tnanks again!

Our group met in Sacramento to spend time with a friend who has terminal cancer. This was the perfect house for hanging out and spending time together. It was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of linens and -bonus - the beds were comfortable.
The owner instructions were clear and Eve was quick to reply when I had a question.

An absolute gem! Host was quick with responses and very kind. We had a quite large group but it worked out perfectly. We went with this place for the pool outside but ended up using the pool table inside the whole time.
Our favorite part was just house welcoming the place felt. From the décor to the welcome message as you get in. Just in love with how "home away from home" it felt.
If I could give this place 50/5 stars I would, because everyone LOVED IT. Would absolutely stay again.
(A little tip if you stay here. Check every nook & cranny! There are games, toys, snacks, tools, spices and everything you could possibly need.)

Good experience with this rental. We were in CA visiting our family in Roseville. Great location for our stay. The house was well equipped and included the extras, including snacks, coffee, tea and all necessary kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels and linens. Eve was very responsive to any inquires and the welcome binder was most helpful with house instructions and local restaurant and shopping references. This rental met all our family vacation needs. We came out to visit family and were looking for a place that would comfortably fit all of us for family dinners and activities, and this house was perfect! So much to do with having a pool, putt putt, and pool table for us to enjoy together. Upon arrival we noticed all the little things that were already stocked for us which was a nice touch. We will definitely book here again!

This place offers so much for the whole family. It’s clean and comfortable and well-appointed! The pool was so much fun for our whole family. We loved playing pool and the games available. We also thoroughly enjoyed the grill and patio area!! Evelyn was fantastic to work with every step of the way. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!

This property was amazing for our friend getaway. We loved utilizing all the amenities including the pool, cornhole, mini golf, and pool table. Eve was very easy to get ahold of if any questions came up. Would definitely recommend this place.

We all had a fun and relaxing time at this property. We were 2 families, party of 8, and the house was plenty spacious. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and this one ranks very high in terms of thoughtful touches for guests (forgot your toothbrush and toothpaste? Snacks for the kids? Coffee? It’s got you covered!) Host was very responsive and thoughtful. Comfortable beds and bedding, large quiet yard with pool for kids, with adjacent school yard behind for more room to play. We arrived on a near 100 degree day and our only downside was bedrooms needing fans to be comfortable. The rest of the house was fine. The adults loved the outdoor bar/dining/ entertainment area.

Great location in the middle of all the great activities in the Rocklin/Folsom/Coloma area. The best stocked VRBO kitchen I’ve ever seen with everything you need for a care-free getaway!

Great for family!
It was clean and the owner was prompt with questions. There are different areas both inside and out that let us spread out. The kids loved the pool. Adults loved the pool table and outdoor entertainment areas. Easy to find in quiet neighborhood. We would gladly stay again!

Perfect Stay
We are looking to move to the area so we wanted a house that could give us a feel for a new lifestyle. House was very roomy, well stocked with dishes and bathroom amenities. It really had more than most houses, keurig with Kcups, pool
Toys, games, they even had some complimentary snacks left for us, which the kids really enjoyed after a long drive into town. The only issue was the AC lacked power. It took a long time for the house to cool after we checked in. We’re from SF, so heat is not our friend. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Communication with Evelyn was easy with quick responses and she always had very helpful info.

Perfect place to prepare for a wedding!
I rented this home for the weekend to spend a family night prior to the wedding and as a place to prepare my granddaughter and her wedding party the day of her ceremony. The home was beautiful, spacious, had every amenity and was just perfect for getting hair and make up done. There was a space for everyone to work and a beautiful backyard for pre wedding pictures. Thank you Eve for allowing us these special moments in your beautiful home.

Eve, the owner, was wonderful and established great communication with us before, during and after our stay. Because the tournament start and end times were a bit unpredictable, Eve was extremely flexible and accommodating in allowing us to extend our last day's stay by paying an hourly rate. The location of the house is in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from highway access. The layout and spaciousness of the home is comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was also immaculately clean from top to bottom and the special touches throughout (bottled water, coffee, snacks, toothbrushes, etc.) was so thoughtful it made us feel like we were in a private bed and breakfast-so nice! The beds were very comfortable. We will most certainly stay here during our next tournament in Roseville.

The house was very nice and just as advertised. It’s central location made it convenient to get to many restaurants and bars. We also visited Top Golf which was a blast.

Lovely girls trip/ birthday weekend near Napa Valley
I stayed at Evelyn's place for 3 days so my friends and I could visit Napa for winetasting. Evelyn was amazing! Everything was just as it was described, Evelyn even left me a birthday card and a small gift. The house was very clean, check in was swift and easy, and the house had everything we needed for cooking, and relaxing. Evelyn was very responsive. She came by and made sure the pool was clean and even turned on the heated waterfall to help us celebrate my birthday with a mini pool party. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sacramento. Only downside was the pool was pretty cold and took awhile to heat up and it was kind of costly to keep it heated the whole weekend so we only used it once during the hottest time of the Saturday we were there.

5 stars all around to Eve. Everything was amazing. The pool was perfect for the Sacramento summer and the outdoor bar was great to hang out at during the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. And the pool table was another fun part of the house. Hopefully it will be available the next time I visit the area.
