Shower temperature hard to regulate

Gezellig hotel met veel charme. Ook uitstekend avondeten, we zijn één maal elders in de stad gaan eten, maar dat was geen goed idee. Het diner in Infinity Lodge was veel beter.

Alles was ok

The location and the view were superb, we did not know there was a Jacuzzi which they turned off so in a way it was a nice refreshing tiny pool to jump in after a long drive

The room interior was homey and had the ancient, majestic feel of Petra. The balcony view was also stunning. The Lodge had lovely grounds to see and also had an open terrace for all. The staff were good, in particular Ahmad & Holly who were extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay. They made us feel very welcomed and went above and beyond. The breakfast & dinner spread was great and they also do lunch boxes.

The peephole in the door did not have a cover - from outside, you would see in so we taped paper across it. The WiFi isn’t too great either which isn’t always ideal. We do not use our phones much but we did require WiFi to move money around and call family and it was super slow. One of us had a small medical wound and there was not a first aid kit on site, however the Lodge owners swiftly arranged for a bandage to be delivered, which we really appreciated.

Pasti ottimi ed a buon prezzo, con disponibilità di farli al sacco e trovarli prima della partenza. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa, con vista sulla città ed il letto comodissimo.

Our room had a beautiful view of Wadi Musa, the room was very clean and our beds were comfortable. The breakfast was incredible, we truly regret not having opted-in for their dinner and lunch boxes. They offer complimentary filtered water and the staff were lovely.

Amazing views and we loved having a balcony overlooking wadi musa. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Very family feel to the place and welcoming we felt like we were at home.

Bathroom was small and the location of hotel up high with nothing else around, but that's what you get for that view it was really nothing bad. Hot tub was out of order.
