Questa è una villa edificante assolutamente deliziosa decorata con divertimento e l'isola in mente. Spazioso, luminoso, a pochi passi dal Shipyard Beach Club. Una 1200sf una camera da letto, 2 bagni completi, può ospitare fino a 4 persone e ha un nuovo sistema di aria condizionata. La cucina è piena di luce con un pavimento piastrellato rosso, piano cottura, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, armadi bianchi e rivestimenti, un grande lucernario. Il soggiorno ha pavimenti in legno, divano letto queen size con materasso memory foam aggiornato e un camino. La sala da pranzo con un tavolo in legno in stile country si affaccia su stagni e querce. La camera da letto offre un letto king-size, una TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato. Il 2 ° bagno è un bagno completo con box doccia. Abbiamo una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. All'esterno, un ampio ponte privato ombreggiato offre anche una vista degli stagni, delle querce e del campo da golf per un ambiente molto tranquillo e pacifico. Dopo una giornata di divertimento al sole è un ambiente molto tranquillo per concludere la serata. Sabato check in / out da aprile ad agosto

We stayed in the condos in Shipyard with other family members close by. Beautiful area. Nice and quiet deck to enjoy reading. Wished we would have rented bikes.

This property was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. Although not on the oocean, it was quiet, private, and very pretty with all the live oak, spanish moss and the various trees and follage. Now we were there in May, so units around us were empty and in a busier season you may see other visitors from the deck. Donna and Jon were excellent hosts and very responsive. We did have 2 minor issues wish we chose not to have fixed while we were there but we did report them, so you might want to inquire if fixed. The smaller bathroon sink faucet did not work well. The electric grill outside on deck did not work as it kept tripping the circuit breaker when plugged in. None of this affected our stay in this unit which we really enjoyed. Again, the Strebes were great and trustful hosts and the pictures and description of Beachwalk were accurate. Tom and Mary Ann May 2023

Not a fan of heat, humidity, bugs and alligators but the rental unit was good enough, although the Verbo ad did not say the unit was on an elevated 2nd floor. Tough climb for an 80 year old with 3 suitcases.
Could not get either TV to work. 2 TVs, 4 remotes (all different) none seemed to work and no directions. Cmon!

Hilton Head Island never disappoints and this property is a great location close to beach access.

The unit was perfect for our stay! The proximity to the beach was incredible and gave us and the pup the opportunity to walk there multiple times a day! We met a barred owl our first night there… hooted right above our head and turned the flashlight onto this majestic and beautiful creature! Heard an alligator roar, saw dolphins, raccoons, deer and so many birds!!! If we didn’t move to the island, we would definitely stay there again!!!

Villa worked out fine - great location. Outdoor furniture needs updating! Property manager, Sarah was not accommodating. The refrigerator was not working prior to our arrival and a new refrigerator delivery kept getting postponed! Her communication and customer service were poor! Asked her for owners info several times but would not provide!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very comfortable , very clean, and was furnished with everything we needed. We loved the location and never got tired of all the scenery and wildlife that the walking trails offered! So many things to do in the area and the close beach made this a great vacation. Perfect for a couple with a pet
I came to HHI during the coronavirus pandemic and stayed at the Westin until they closed the pools. Then it made more sense to find a place with a kitchen. The one here is very well appointed. Add to that an amazing deck where I’ve listened to a symphony of wildlife every night and wonderful bike paths, with the beach five minutes away. I would definitely rent a bike for ease of access to the beach and to the gourmet grocer 15 minutes away. If you’re physically fit and have a bike, you don’t need a car to get to several dozen restaurants, stores and grocers.
The property is well managed and the check in procedure was seamless.
Lots of entertainment options with smart TV’s for my own Netflix and Spectrum cable with several movie channels.
It’s nice having a large BR and master bath and closet along with a second full bath, which would be suitable for young children.
