We arrived pretty late, since we had a delayed flight. Even though we sent a message to the property, they said that they can not receive us later than 22:30. Really bad experience.

very good location, just in the center, the facilities are confortable, although the mattress was a bit old, the guy was too gentle

Superb location in the very heart of the city. This 16th century bourgeois street - Calle de la Platería - is one of the oldest if Valladolid and is located near the Plaza Mayor, the cathedral, the church of San Pablo and the University of Valladolid (the second oldest in Spain)...

You can hear literally everything through the walls.

It's a beautiful, old, cozy house right in middle of the old city.

That I couldn't stay longer in Valladolid.

Nice old apartment converted to small hostal. Third floor with no lift which may not suit everyone. Comfortable enough, lots of old building charm. One small anecdote - there are lots of little hand-written paper notes telling you what not to do and an instruction sheet in each room also warning of possible transgresions!

It was comfortable and clean. The location is very central and easy to walk. You can use the kitchen and utensils. The rooms are small but enough.

The street where the place is located is very noisy so it is possible to wake up once or twice during the night because of the noise. The room was mostly clean but the blanket was not :( The walls between the rooms are quite thin, you can hear the person in the other room.

The location was great as it was in the heart of the city and the owner of the place is very welcoming even if he doesn't speak well other languages apart from Spanish.

At Night time is quite noisy due to the pubs and clubs close by. Those businesses close quite late either on weekdays or even more during the weekend. On arrival, the owner gave me the keys to the main building door, the flat main door, and room one. Some of the doors are quite old and it takes ages to open the doors. The cleaning product they use to clean common areas within the building are quite strong and it irritated my eyes (awful experience)

Towels would be nice

Everything was very good

It had two bathrooms and toilets. Our room was spacious and cold (a good thing in the summer).

I liked everything, it could be a little bit more clean, but it didn’t bother me.

The owner did not cspeak in english and did not explain me well about check in. I had to wait for him for a few hours due to misunderstanding.

Casa burguesa was an experience on its own, along with the beautiful city of Valladolid. You will fall in love with apartment's energy, style and the street it is in. The owner is a wonderful, helpful man. Do yourself a favor and book it!
