Nada q ver la foto de booking, a la real . El depósito del WC se llenaba a cuenta gotas, la primera noche la persiana de la habitación destruida.

Junior suite was okay .

They sold me 3 night is the junior suite but over booked or something and made me stay one night in a very hot stuffy room and claimed one night was “free” but didn’t give me the money back that I paid for that night .

Wonderful and comfortable hotel easy walking to the square. Very modern, great beds, and amazing staff. Nice rooftop too. Highly recommended.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Staff is excellent! Location - walking distance to everything. Clean comfortable bed. Roof top garden was lovely. Breakfast was good and staff excellent.

This is not a boutique hotel. More like a hostel. Wifi is very inconsistent. Bathroom lighting is 1 low light. No vanity light. Makeup mirror light doesn’t work. Shower curtain is rusty and uneven. Yuck. This could be a nice hotel but attention to details are missing.

Wonderful B&B!! Large, beautiful room! And, our hostess, Rosa, is a gem!! On top of which, she loves dogs!! Plus, a wonderful breakfast!! We wish we lived closer to visit again soon!!!

The bed was relatively comfortable. Maid was nice. 1 girl on the front desk was really friendly.

Bathroom was really dark and ill lit. Stayed several nights and breakfast was poor and exactly the same everyday. Except the one piece of white bread on offer was toasted two of the days. No butter or condiments. A LAZY, terrible and shamefull offering. The rest of the staff were like zombies. Strange and disappointing place. A so called boutique hotel with zero personality.

The hotel is charming throughout. From the gorgeous rooms to the delightful sitting nooks all tastefully decorated. A lovely rooftop Cafe for breakfast features a telescope where you can take a closer look at the cathedral and the surrounding mountains. A short walk to the zocolo. Great staff - friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet.

Our room had a small kitchenette and a coffee maker. However there were no cups, cutlery or anything for taking advantage of the kitchen. Perhaps you have to ask for those. This was a pretty minor thing though.

The room was not large enough to open 2 suitcases in without laying one on the bed. The bathroom was so small that you had to sit sideways on the toilet or your knees would hit the wall in front of you. You had to turn sideways and sidestep to get past the toilet to enter the shower.

Evacuated during a hurricane and they accepted my cat. Very nice staff members.

Pillows horrible, candy stuck to duvet cover, no hot water, very noisy

very accommodating, we evacuated due to a hurricane and had two dogs and two cats with us. the staff was very helpful in helping us to unload and load up the cars.

could use a microwave instead of a gas stove, no utensils in the room but if you asked they brought for us. also, breakfast was delivered as we could not leave our pets inside alone. very helpful.

Staff tried hard

The electricity was out when I arrived.... they kept saying it would be fixed in an hour....it too 5 hours but they gave me some gorgeous pecan pie.
