OceanFront, Deluxe 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, Oasis al 2 ° piano, splendida vista!
Il Sonoran Sun Resort è uno dei più nuovi resort di Sandy Beach, appena costruito nel 2005. Questo condominio al 2 ° piano regala splendide viste sulla spiaggia di Sandy e sul Mare di Cortez. Essendo solo un volo in su per un facile e rapido accesso alla piscina e alla spiaggia, compresi quei viaggi avanti e indietro per rifornire il dispositivo di raffreddamento, afferrare gli occhiali che potresti aver dimenticato per i kiddos o qualsiasi altra cosa di cui hai bisogno. Dopo aver superato la piscina, sei immediatamente sulla spiaggia. La spiaggia ha turni di marea per presentare le pozze di marea durante alcune ore del giorno e le alte maree durante le altre ore. La spiaggia è fiancheggiata da sedie a sdraio con palapas coperti, da usare a vostro piacimento. L'area della piscina è completa con una grande piscina per adulti (riscaldata stagionalmente) e altre due grandi piscine, entrambe con accesso al bar sull'acqua, che offre ottimo cibo e i migliori baristi in città! Ci sono anche due eccellenti vasche idromassaggio.
Questo condominio è magnificamente aggiornato con ripiani in granito, pavimenti in travertino, bellissimi armadi in legno e molti mobili. La cucina ha nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è ben attrezzata per cucinare. C'è anche una zona grill all'aperto disponibile accanto al resort. C'è un ristorante al Sonoran Sun, così come molti altri fantastici ristoranti a breve distanza in auto.
Il condominio ha una connessione wi-fi dedicata e c'è un centro business e un centro fitness completo disponibile anche per te. Il minimarket ha quasi tutto ciò che potresti aver dimenticato o che vorresti ricostituire. Il mio personale preferito è l'accogliente e molto ragionevole Spa del resort, che offre pedicure, manicure, massaggi, trattamenti per il viso e altri servizi!
Abbiamo anche due camere da letto disponibili al Sonoran Sun, è solo un piano e una porta di distanza da questo condominio. Quindi, se stai con un grande gruppo o famiglia e hai bisogno di un paio di camere da letto extra, assicurati di inviarmi un messaggio per una prenotazione conveniente con un proprietario.

The resort itself was nice. Unit wasnt the cleanest and had to wash bedding to be able to sleep in the beds. Master bathroom rug was upside down since the top part was dirtiest so had to wash that too. Hand towel in Master bathroom looked like a rag and shower had noticeable mold growning in jets.
Was having trouble accessing the VRBO messages so took a bit to reach the property owner to obtain the access code to the unit since front desk was unable to provide.
The water heater was off and finally figured that out the following morning.
Old bedding and linens with broken furniture in the master bedroom.
Livingroom had no curtains for night time privacy.

Everything was really nice about this condo.. Easy access, the rooms were a good size, location was great, hassel free environment. All the amenities were available to us. Loved how the condo was decorated. Some obvious broken items throughout the home but thats to be expected to see on a rental.
Overall, i would stay here again any time.

The condo was awesome and very clean. We had a few lights that didn't work and I think one of the TVs. But aside from that it was incredible!

Overall the stay was great. There were a few things that could have made it better. The dishwasher did not work. There were no trash bags, just an empty box. The master bath shower only had very, very hot water.

This was a great place. The bunk beds though were not in a second floor but almost in a closet with no windows. Couldn’t even open the door. Also no hot water or would take forever to warm up. Bring your own kitchen dish towels and dish rags, couldn’t find any. The water jug was empty when we got to the room. Thought there would be some water in it, but we did bring enough of our own. Did have coolers and some outdoor stuff available which was very nice!

We all enjoyed our stay ! The second story patio was huge with plenty of room to watch sunsets and dolphins. We had three couples and each had their own bedroom with private bathroom. Such a great unit. THANKS!!

This ocean front condo is beautiful! The photos do not do it justice, it is very clean, the rooms are big and comfy. My favorite area was the balcony in the morning, afternoon and evening!
Pool area is also very clean and well kept, drinks are delicious as well as Emiliano’s Restaurant.
I love that not just anyone can drive into the resort and how friendly everyone is.
Will definitely book again!

The location was great and the property offered more than we expected. We were able to cook and do laundry here, which is good to know for future, longer stays. The proximity to the water and restaurants and everything we wanted was perfect. This was a scouting trip for future vacations and I don't think we could have done any better. Thank you!

Had a great long weekend relaxing, enjoying onsite food/drinks, beautiful views, easy access to heated pool and beach with plenty of lounge chairs available. The room was perfect for 3 couples and had a nice big patio to relax on.

Had a great time, most of the tourist places have been cleaned up after the storm. This place is in a great location in Sandy Beach, the condo itself was easy access to the pool area and beach access. Condo can be updated a bit but on the upside it has so many things available for you to use and take to the beach, like beach chairs, coolers, etc. Communication with host was very efficient.

The location, view, and host communication were wonderful. The quality of the room wasn’t great. All water faucets are very corroded. Needed maintenance to get the hot water working at the showers. Pillows were horrible in all rooms. Top bunk had a sheet but no comforter. Bottom bunk had a comforter and decorative pillow but no sheet or regular pillow. Another guest room had a comforter but no sheet. We were getting shocked when we tried to push any light switches. Had to leave the outside light on because when we turned it off we get shocked and the light continued to flicker. Would stay at that resort again but would choose a different condo. Thank you for the hospitality!

Thanksgiving in Mexico
Clean, spacious, nicely decorated 2nd floor unit with close stairway & elevator access to get to the pool and beach. The owners also provide beach chairs, cooler, and toys for guest use. Large patio with terrific views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Would definitely recommend this condo for a stress-free and comfortable beach getaway.
