The location was hard to find in the dark due to no light or sign. The on line service was the terrible. I have stayed at many properties and this service was the worst as it gets. The owners use an outside service that was only concerned with money. I paid the entire balance up front including a security deposit. Since I changed my dates the computer system could not handle the change and wanted to charge me another security deposit even though I stayed the night before, then locked the door and changed the code unexpectly. I was on the phone with their customer service in Brazil and it took over 20 minutes to resolve the problem standing in the dark and rain. After I Gave another security deposit of $50 the code was finally given. Is this a way to run a business. THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF BOOKING.COM. Immediately.

The place wasn't too difficult to find, and the snacks and bottles of water were greatly appreciated after the long drive. It was in a great location and the price even with the cleaning fee was much better than hotels that would not have had as much as the apartment. A variety of teas and coffees were provided along with sweetener and creamer as well.

The kitchen gives it great value and it’s always very clean

The water pressure in the shower sometimes randomly goes down and not a lot of spice options for cooking
