Novità per la stagione degli affitti 2020! Rinnovo completo e l'aggiunta di una grande piscina privata! Questa grande casa sulla spiaggia, con un letto per 11 persone, si trova a circa 0. 5 miglia a sud del ponte alto di Surf City su “South Shore Drive” che ti porta a pochi passi da ristoranti, generi alimentari, negozi, Surf City Pier e molto altro! South Shore Drive è una strada costiera di 25 miglia all'oceano che è solo traffico locale. È il luogo perfetto per una corsa di ginnastica, un giro in bicicletta o una passeggiata in famiglia. Puoi letteralmente mettere le chiavi per una settimana o avventurarti sull'isola per altre attrazioni locali come il Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital e il Missiles and More Museum, che racconta la storia del passato della nostra isola.

We all had a great time during our stay. The pool was a highlight with the cooperation of getting it heated. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided, along with the bicycles.

This spacious home was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool with the slide was a HUGE hit with our whole family! Our almost two year old granddaughter loved playing on the “platform step” in the pool.
There were retractable safety gates on the living room level going up and down the stairs, keeping our little ones safe. An upstairs closet had two additional safety gates so we could also block the stairs on the second floor going down. The safety gate and door alarm leading to the pool was added security for anyone with small children.
The beach cart allowed us to easily transport all of our gear in one trip across the street to the nearby ocean access. There was plenty of parking space on the property. The multiple decks on both sides of the house offered great views.
The home is nicely located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There was easy and quick communication with the owners.
The house is perfect for families not traveling with dogs.

This was our 3rd year renting this house and it was just as special as alwsys. Spotless, well equipped and so comfortable. The walk to the beach was about 1 minute. The pool was fabulous and the owner is very responsove to any questions or concerns. Love it!!! equipped and the locatiin, spwctacular

We had such a great stay in this home. The house was beautiful with modern everything and included everything we needed. It was very clean on our arrival as well and located in a perfect spot with easy beach access. The host made everything easy and kept in touch with us throughout the stay to ensure we had what we needed. We will definitely look to stay here again when we’re back in Surf City.

Our experience was way beyond expectations. Our house was beautiful and well maintained. The pool and grounds were immaculate. Our host, Mr. & Mrs. Youngblood was so accommodating. They met and exceeded all of our needs and responded immediately on any questions we ask.
The booklet he furnishes has every detail you should need while staying there. They, also, have recommendations for local restaurants.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at their property again.

Our family trip to Topsail would not be complete if unable to stay here. This was our 4th time and I could not be more complimentary. Eric is so easy to communicate with and the property is always in top condition. Having a pool is such a delight and our kids (and grown ups!) love the slide. We had the best time vacationing here. The place was super comfortable with all the kitchen supplies we needed as a multigenerational family of 7! The place felt super clean and beds and furniture were comfortable! The kids loved the water slide and even in cooler late October the heated pool was great! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time going to NC and we loved it. It was fall break for our 5 year old, so we planned a family trip. It was my husband, myself, our son, my dad, my brother and his girlfriend. Everything was wonderful! The beds and couch were very comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need...I even brought stuff to do some baking, per my brothers request, and there were pmenty of kitchen supplies to get it done. They had both a keurig and a coffee pot, so plenty of options for caffeination. The pool, slide and hot tub were amazing. We ran into a couple issues where the pump/heater weren't working when we went to get in, but Eric was so responsive and got the issue resolved immediately. It was great having the garage to store our beach stuff and the hoses to rinse everything off after. Not having to worry about a key/card for the main door was so convenient also. The only thing I could have asked for was to stay longer because it was just wonderful to be on vacation at such an immaculate house, a beautiful beach and with everything you could need just a walk or 10 min drive away. Also, get your legs in shape for stairs...there are lots of stairs, especially if you aren't sleeping on the main level.

We had a great stay at this beautiful beach home, just a short walk across the street and you're on the beach, short walk up the street and you're in sweet Surf City town. The property was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen was better equipped than my home kitchen. The owner has provided everything we could possibly need, from bikes to beach chairs. Eric the owner was very easy to deal with and answered back quickly. I will definitely try to book again for a longer stay. 10 out of 10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a beautiful property and very well maintained and stocked for those of us that enjoy cooking. This place is a gem! We were able to grill and cook inside, the supplies are best. The pool was AMAZING! The slide is game changer so fun for grown people the proximity to the beach is perfect!! The ocean views from upper deck are beautiful.

The house and location was as advertised. If you want the beach then it is a minute walk. If you want a pool then it is right in the back yard. Plenty of little shops and bars within a 10 minute walk.the family enjoyed the pool mostly but we did a half day trip to Wilmington. 40 minutes away. There was also plenty of grocery options 10 minutes away, so we made use of the grill.

This is our third year staying at this wonderful property. The owners maintain this house so well. The proximity to the beach is great with 3 young kids. The outdoor space is our favorite part; including a pool, waterslide, hot tub and outdoor shower. The house is clean and well stocked. We have already booked our trip for next summer!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as nice as we remembered it back in ‘21. The house is so well maintained and very accommodating to any needs you may have. The pool is gorgeous and well kept and the hot tub was an amazing addition. The little touches like menus and notes left with recommendations really show the care put into having an enjoyable stay. This is the third time we have stayed here and have already booked our week for next year. No better location or accommodations in the heart of Surf City. The private pool area is a favorite family gathering spot and the slide is always a hit! The house is so well furnished and love we don’t have to travel with all the necessary infant/toddler accessories or beach gear. Communication is top notch and such a well thought out layout. Location is excellent, just across the street from beach and near restaurants and stores. Appreciated the wagon and folding chairs. Kitchen well- stocked. Eric and Jenny put a lot of thought into the safety as well as the comfort of their guests. We really appreciated how well the pool was secured and all the baby equipment that was provided. The kitchen was very well equipped, loved putting together a crockpot meal before going to the beach the day! So many thoughtful touches throughout the home, from great restaurants, local activities, helpful reminders about the garbage and recycling pickup days down to hangers in the closet! Of course I have to say the pool with the slide was probably the best amenity!!! I don’t know who enjoyed it more , the 4 1/2 year old or the adults. The 18 month old had a wonderful time playing on the top step in the pool. Overall one of the best vacations we’ve had. My only disappointment is that we won’t be able to come back in 2023 because my grandson will start kindergarten in August.

There’s nothing bad I can say about this property or our stay. It was beautiful, clean, and as amazing as the pictures look. The beach was a 1 min walk and it was beautiful as well. Thank you to the owners and thank you for our amazing time. My family is beyond thankful.
