Great time at this house! Good space for two families of four (including a few young kids), great location, and very nice deck spaces. The elevator was a huge bonus when bringing back groceries or getting some rental gear upstairs. Short walk to boardwalk and beach.

Our family loved staying at this property. Checking in/out was a breeze and the house was clean, beautiful, modern, and spacious. We definitely enjoyed lounging on the outdoor couch/chairs reading in the late afternoon after the beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

Second time at this property. Great space, nice and clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Apprecaited the beach chairs and the three shovels for beach digging (kids loved them). Everything went smoothly. Love the place!

The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the unit! Beautiful home with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need- plenty of dishes, quality cookware and great appliances. We loved sitting on the 2nd floor deck to have our morning coffee, to read a book, or to enjoy an evening cocktail- great outdoor space with plenty of room. The sunshades were a plus. Beach cart, beach chairs and beach badges were very much appreciated. Kids were happy to have the bikes available. Property manager Missy was very helpful and responded quickly! Would highly recommend this property!

This is a lovely unit with Upgraded appliances, and furniture, and spacious outdoor space.
Not as close to beach and boardwalk (rides, shops and arcades) as described. The beach chars and caddy was a godsend though.
The elevator was not working for a day or so but the property manager reacted right away. She did the best she could to get resolved quickly. Without it there are a lot of stairs to navigate.

This property was perfect for our needs—beautiful and impeccably maintained. We could have sworn it was brand new and we were the first people to stay there! The elevator is a major convenience, and the three decks were perfect for lounging, with different levels of sun exposure. Plenty of sleeping space if you have family or guests come down for a day or two. Superb taste in decorating. It’s also nice to have all four floors to yourself, as opposed to some units being split. Thanks for making our family’s vacation so wonderful with this gorgeous home!

Our stay was excellent! The home was immaculate, spacious, well-appointed, and as advertised. Check-in and out was easy and clear. Having three floors of living space was super helpful to provide privacy when needed for family members. The garage had a great set-up of modern bikes and beach gear that we took advantage of while still having room for the car. Outdoor shower and grill too. It was a great place!

We had a great second stay and would come back again! Missy is a perfect host and even made a few improvements from our 2021 stay including new kitchen supplies, extra toiletries, and additional power strips. The house is clean, but also included useful cleaning supplies for our stay (love the high quality vacuum!). and Missy is extremely responsive.
We love 3rd Street because it is quiet with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. We are excited to continue to build on our OCNJ traditions at this home!

This vacation home has everything you need to kick back and relax. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, made easy with the beach cart, chairs, beach umbrella and beach tags. The elevator is great when bringing the luggage and vacation gear upstairs or down. Thoughtful touches like multi-outlet cords at bedside were nice. Sitting on the outside porches and decks with their retractable sun screens was so relaxing. This place is a winner.

Great family vacation
We loved our week at the house. Perfect location for biking and boardwalk and had plenty of space and everything we needed. The bikes, chairs and beach tags made beach time really easy and the elevator made it easy for my parents to get up and down. Great place for multiple families

This was a perfect home for a weekend away with my 16 year old and a few friends. The house is perfect, includes everything you may need and the location was excellent - just a quick walk to the boardwalk/ beach. We look forward to coming back again!!

The location was perfect, only two blocks from the beach. The house was spotless, new EVERYTHING and has exactly what you need to enjoy yourself. The balconies were great to hang after a Long Beach day or a late night snack. Recommend to anyone with two families looking to have your own space but hang on the middle floor together!

Our Stay
We found the house comfortable and clean. The items offered for our convenience, e.g., beach chairs, beach cart, bikes, etc. were a plus. Though there was a shared elevator, we used the stairs more often than not to respect the other family next door. The location was convenient and peaceful. All in all, we enjoyed our vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this property in OCNJ! The week was perfect - the house was perfectly maintained and comfortable for our whole family. We especially enjoyed time on the 4th floor deck in the evenings overlooking the lights of OCNJ. The on-line listing was accurate, with the exception of the map location that had the house a block closer to the beach. It was still a great stay and not too far from the beach/boardwalk. The owners provided everything to make our stay convenient and comfortable, including a beach cart, umbrella and beach tags. Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay and cannot wait to book another visit. The living space was perfect, especially the outdoor dining deck. We appreciated the beach tags and equipment, plus the bikes with locks. The elevator was helpful for loading and unloading luggage and groceries too. We were able to park two cars in the garage/driveway and usually able to find additional free street parking right outside. The walk to the beach is easy and the distance to the boardwalk shops is walkable, but separated from the lights and noise. The stairs were a bit tricky to baby proof, but otherwise the unit was great for our group ranging in ages 1 to 63!

Great spot for an Ocean City Beach getaway
The property was as advertised. Clean, great location, and the bikes, chairs, cart were nice amenities. The 3 decks were perfect for relaxation in between activities. Our neighbors were bit on the louder side, but couldn’t hear them once we retreated to our living quarters. Would recommend for others and could see ourselves staying there again.

Amazing Location & Best House Ever!
This property was extremely clean and it helps that it is brand new. The garage and parking is a huge plus being just a block and a half from the beach. The layout worked perfectly for our groups. The multiple decks created a ton of options for hanging out especially if you wanted to be outside, but not be at the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't get in our car once during the entire vacation! It was an amazing time. Missy the property manager is great.

Great stay in Ocean City
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful new townhouse with our extended family. The house is super clean and so tastefully decorated with everything we needed. It’s close to everything so we didn’t drive much at all. The property manager was very responsive for any questions we had. There was a little confusion with checkout time as the listing was not consistent with the instructions, but a call seemed to straighten that out. Overall a great week and we would definitely return!

Great Week in Ocean City
We had a wonderful time at this brand new beach house. The house was spotless when we checked in and the check-in process was seamless. The house was great for our family and the outdoor balconies gave us extra space for relaxing and dining. We are outside every night which was great. The house was exactly as advertised in VRBO. The house had 5 beach chairs, 2 bikes, a beach cart, 8 beach tags and umbrella. Having the cart made it so easy going back and forth to the beach which was an easy walk. We would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for the great memories we made spending time with our family.
