Our group of 10 had an excellent stay here. The kitchen and living area were great for a large group. This house is the perfect distance into town and to the beach.
Highlights - spacious sleeping areas, outdoor shower, well-kept home with toys in garage
Only a few cons! We ran out of hot water every night when everyone showered. I wish we had a direct line to the host before checking in.

Great location! Within moments from the local beaches and shops. Large house to accommodate up to 10 guests. Plenty of room to spread out. Quiet and peaceful surroundings with tennis and pickleball courts next door. Nicely decorated and spacious kitchen to prepare your meals, and pack your lunch for the beach.. A perfect home away from home.

The Stone Creek property was exceptional in every way. Remarkable house design. Lots of divided space for privacy if you are a family or a group. We were a family of 5 adults and each of us found spaces for quiet time, reading, etc. Very tastefully decorated with local art objects.

Great location to downtown Ogunquit - a mile to Marginal Way and cute shops and restaurants. The house sits right next to a public park with brand new pickleball courts, a baseball field and tennis courts. So fun and convenient! House is very spacious. Didn’t have time to play ping pong or use the outdoor firepit. We definitely needed another night.

We stayed over graduation weekend. The home had ample space both inside and out. It’s as big as it appears in the listing. It’s beautiful, well kept and very homey. The kitchen is very well appointed for your cooking needs. Close to downtown Ogunquit but far enough away for a quiet evening and privacy. There is also a recreation space right next door. We enjoyed a ‘competitive’ game of whiffle ball.
Would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home!

We loved the house. It has a lot of space, it is well furnished, is very luminious, well maintained and well equiped. It had everything we needed. The area is also great (very quiet and peaceful) and very close to downtown Ogunquit and the beach. I highly recommend this house. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and had lots of space for our family vacation. Will definitly return.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family and found a wonderful home with everything we needed to make this a memorable time together. Particularly liked the multiple room options for us to either gather together to play games or curl up alone with a good book.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, it’s very close to town with lots of amenities, including access to tennis and Pickleball courts next door. Ogunquit is a charming town and we enjoyed all of it! We hope to come back soon!

Loved it. The house is beautiful and very welcoming. It was so quiet, we felt like we were far away but everything was within minutes away. I would highly recommend this property. Management was extremely responsive when we had questions.

Great house, had everything you need and many sitting areas which was a hit for the kids and adults alike! The house was beautiful and well kept as well as the yard. We also loved the outdoor shower!

There were 10 of us on a family vacation and the house was perfect for our stay. The house is beautiful as described and met all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for sleeping and for hanging out. The house was super clean and well equipped. The weather was not great during our stay, but the ping-pong table and nearby pickleball courts kept us busy. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

The house was great, it has everything you need and more! Kitchen was fully stocked, garage had lots of fun things to play with (and the house is right next to tennis courts and a baseball field), and lots of games and toys! Excellent location, so close to everything but it’s also perfect for days/nights at home. Due to rain we had a lot of time to fill and we didn’t have a problem because of the great offerings at the house.

We came to Cape Neddick to celebrate and relax after my son’s college graduation. The house was perfect for the whole family. There was plenty of room to cook and share meals. The living room was a great place to work on puzzles. We especially enjoyed the ping pong table upstairs. The location was very convenient. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful house in a quiet setting. Large enough for our group of five adults to each have their own bedroom. The yard is beautiful and has an outdoor shower. There is a tennis/pickle ball court next door.

The home was absolutely beautiful. High end finishes and the kitchen had absolutely everything you would need. Several spots to "hang out" in the home and outdoors with a large deck, firepit and sitting area in the front yard. The highlight was the outdoor shower - everyone loved it! Would definitely rent this home again.

My husband and I rented this lovely home for a family vacation for us and our three grown children , and grandchildren. We loved the secluded, country setting and close proximity to town and the beach. The home provided several areas for family to gather and had a beautiful outdoor space as well. The home was clean and had everything we needed. A great vacation for all!

We selected this house for a family vacation including grandparents, grandkids, and the adult kids in between. Amazing house allowed for great meals and quality time together. Highlights include plenty of space, ping pong, wifi and bluetooth speaker, gas grill, outdoor shower, board games, tennis and pickleball next door, plenty of toys/games/athletic items in garage for borrowing, unique geothermal system and... great tasting water to drink right from the sink.
House is expertly designed and decorated, providing a comfortable homey feel with colors, patterns, and art work that all come together perfectly.

Beautiful property a short drive to Ogunquit beach. Could walk to main strip if desired. We were told up front the refrigerator wasn’t working and back up fridges were available. Outdoor shower wasn’t working, but we were able to get by without it. We mostly ate out, but kitchen seemed well-stocked. Plenty of toys to keep the kids busy!

Just traveled to Ogunquit for a girls trip and I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful and comfortable home to stay.
- short walk to downtown AND the beach. We walked for coffee each morning and it was nice and flat there and back.
- beaches are super close
- tennis courts next door
- amazing outdoor space that feels private. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. Private fire pit area, large back porch with grill and a Pugh room to sit 15 ppl. Outdoor shower with evening lights! Literally magical.
- the bedrooms were spacious and pull out couch available on the sun porch.
- SUPER clean and everything you could need on site - cork screws, makeup mirror, Danis sprinkles, extra bedding and pillows etc.
- master bedroom is very private.

Cape Neddick Dream Home
The home was very large with beautiful furnishings and comfortable for a large family to spread out in the main living areas downstairs with a huge fireplace and also upstairs with the loft style tv room and table tennis open space. The bedrooms were very comfortable with a warm fireplace in the master downstairs. All the supplies (spices, pots and pans, dishes, cleaning) you could imagine were available in the large kitchen area with dining attached. A large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board were also available for use. The outdoors was like a park—-gorgeous! Ogunquit was a quick 5-10 minute drive from the home and Kennebunkport was about a 25 minute drive. Our visit was too short but there’s no question that we would definitely stay in this lovely home again.

This house definitely lived up to the expectations. It was clean, well stocked, the master bed was comfortable, fireplace was cozy, and it was close to town making it a perfect stay. We would absolutely rent again.

Our group of 8 girl friend’s stayed at this property for a long weekend in September and it was perfect for us. House was very clean and spacious. We loved it and didn’t want to leave. Location was perfect. Close to drive to lots of cool parts of town. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay!
This house was incredible and perfect for our stay. It was super clean upon arrival, had everything we needed, and was a great size with lots of room so that each guest was able to have some privacy. Check in and check out was easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. Also very close to restaurants/bars/shops.
