La nostra casa si trova a pochi passi dallo spazio verde del Villaggio sul fiume May, che ospita la cappella, il molo, i campi da bocce e le altalene. La struttura del club di canoa che dispone di una delle piscine più belle del sud-est è anche a pochi passi di distanza, questa struttura dispone anche di due punti ristoro e un centro fitness.

This property was amazing in so many ways, especially for our low key family trip with babies. It is in a great location where you could easily walk to the docks, shops, bike rentals, coffee shop, and restaurants. They had a high chair and pack and play, and the kids room had pull down shades on all of the windows, making it dark enough for naps. The master bath was also big enough for a pack and play. While the babies were napping, we spent a lot of time on the front porch swing or in front of the fire. It was such a cozy house and was so clean. Erik and Natalie were very responsive and so helpful! We all left feeling very refreshed even with babies on the trip, so that is definitely saying something!!

I rented this home for my son’s wedding at the Montage at Palmetto Bluff. Erik could not have been more accommodating and kind.
The house is immaculate, well stocked, just perfect.
If you are looking for a home to rent this is a definite must!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

We have rented probably 10 different properties at the Bluff and this one has to be one of our favorites. The owners were super helpful and responsive and had tons of nice little touches to make it feel like home. Our kids kept saying how much they loved the location and layout of the home and everything was really well kept, clean and comfortable. We will be back for sure!!!

Charming home in Wilson Village with excellent communication and connection with the owners. Very helpful in check and and offers to help with any additional services such as catering, directions and getting around to all the Palmetto Bluff experiences.

Our stay in this beautiful house in palmetto bluff was perfect. The house was wonderful-clean, homey-beautiful. Took advantage of sitting on the front porch and walking to dinner at The River House. Went kayaking and explored the neighborhood. Many thanks to the fantastic hosts!

Great house. First class condition. As great as the house is, what really makes it fantastic is it’s location in Wilson Village, which provides easy walking distance to all the village amenities and the waterfront.

The property and location offers everything for a successful holiday! Quiet and walkable neighborhood, small general store and lovely ice cream parlor in the immediate vicinity. Very near to bike rental and the Montage Hotel and it’s restaurant only minutes away by foot. The large, well-kept house offers a lot of space. Photos reflect the reality. The house is great and well furnished! Hosts are very friendly, inquiries were answered immediately. Would gladly stay again!

From the beginning of booking this property the communication with Erik was stellar. He promptly responded and answered all of our questions.
The location of this property is perfect to have a really great experience of Palmetto Bluff and Wilson Village - it's truly only a couple of blocks to most of the amenities.
The house itself is perfect for a few couples or a large family - lots of space to relax and socialize. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of extras, including several options in the way of coffee makers. And the gift basket on arrival was much appreciated. The outdoor space is perfect -plenty of space to spread out on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee and back porch is the perfect place to savor a dinner with friends and while away the evening.
We did have an issue arise while we were there and Erik was super on getting someone on the problem and getting it resolved. This property is definitely a recommend.

Cozy, relaxing, large cottage and quiet neighborhood.
This cottage was perfect for our family! The beds were wonderful, the children loved the bunk beds and everyone had a large tv. We loved the fireplace and the ease of turning it on and off. The kitchen was fabulous, the pantry held all our groceries out of our way and easily accessible. We had a sweet gift basket in the living room. The front porch was cozy and the back porch was screened for meals! Immaculate home with no more than a five minute walk to the ice cream shop or Buffalos for dinner. A ten minute walk to s'mores at night. And on our walks we had views of the river and alligator sightings. The walk to R.T.'s was perfect for those needing a little exercise. The owner stayed in contact offering help for anything we needed and he answered immediately. From the minute we booked it months ago to the day we checked out Erik made our experience so pleasant. We highly recommend this cottage for your stay.
