We were here for the 2023 Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. The location was perfect for this event and close to everything. The ease of access with the code was great, the unit was clean and comfortable. Perfect split bedroom layout for 2 bdrms/2 baths. Nice view of the river off the balcony although it was very humid and hot so we didn't get to utilize the balcony much. With the a/c running the balcony was very hot from the unit that vents on the balcony.

The room was very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Overall the room was very clean. We really enjoyed the balcony with the River view. The location was good too.

The first bedroom did have a big stain in the carpet that needed cleaning but overall nothing that we just couldn't deal with.

There was not any breakfast served. Everything else was good until the elevator broke plus we was on the 4th floor had trouble going u and down stairs I use a walking stick to get around and I have problems with shortness of breath and my wife has problems with stairs.

It whould of been better if you got the elevator fixed the same day or the next day.We was planning on coming back but we can't take the chance of the elevator not working.

Condo was very nice.but the location stinks. No view except for trashy hotel. Was hoping to at see some view. There is a little creek behind on the back deck, but also only see trash on everywhere. I wish I had picked the other condo In another location. I also. Think the cost was a little high for what I got. I’ m sorry to say but I will not return.
