The property is well positioned for the beach and Supermarket Winners. Very comfortable first floor with ample of everything. Beautiful pool and not overlooked although next to main road. The birds in the garden and sundowners on the balcony gave you the last of the sun each evening.

We liked all of it, we chose it because of its location but is rarely available its so good. One thing to be aware of is that it is on the main road so buses and general traffic noise from 06.30am but the amount of traffic/trucks in and out of Winners with bleeping reversing sensors all day - if thats no problem to you then you will enjoy the experience - one of the best places we have found in Pereybere by far.

Gema the one who manages the property is very welcoming and friendly, the property is amazingly designed with high end utilities from well known brands with top quality. Right across the street there is a supermarket which has everything you need and the beach is 3 minutes walk away. The location is perfect for a family

Gema is absolute amazing. Great assistance with check-in. The flat totally surprised me in size. I would highly recommend the flat to anyone.

We liked everything. The location is perfect, the supermarket is right across the street, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Also a few steps away there is a bus stop, car rental, 2 pharmacies, a diving company office and a small market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The apartments are very spacious, new and comfortable. We lived on the second floor, there is a separate entrance to the stairs from the street. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and very comfortable furniture, there are wardrobes, laptop tables, special shelves for suitcases and bags. It was easy and convenient to place our clothes and things. A special "trick" is lighting, in addition to ordinary lamps, you can also turn on multi-colored background lighting, it's very beautiful. Bathrooms are for every taste, one has a spacious shower cabin, the other has a hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with excellent, there is an induction cooking surface, oven, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, large refrigerator. We cooked food easily and quickly. There is also a washing machine. The living room is impressive, it is very spacious, with a comfortable sofa and a large TV with satellite channels. Tables and chairs are made of natural wood, beautiful decorative sculptures are also made of wood. The apartment also has 3 (!) balconies. Outside there is a patio with a bench and a swimming pool. The owner was very friendly and always ready to help.

This is not a problem of the apartment themselves, but of the environment. Neighborhood dogs wake up with the sunrise and loudly "communicate" with each other. So if you plan to sleep longer than before 6 am, then stock up on earplugs :)
