Interior was too good

We loved our stay here and will def be back! Bed was comfortable, had coffee, shower was nice and the hot tub was great to use before night. Close to everything we needed. Had some questions initially on how to work the heater and host responded right away to help us out.

We were in Fredericksburg for our 58th anniversary and wanted to try a Vrbo for just the two of us. (have used Vrbo for larger gatherings). This place was perfect and the owners were right next door to greet us, and yet did not bother us at all. We had one question, and the owner was there immediately to show us how to operate the heater. Very clean, tastefully decorated, and perfect for two people. We’ll be back.

Very clean, well appointed and it was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator. It was a little difficult to figure out the heating unit, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Exactly the lodging we needed for our overnight visit to the area. This spot was impeccably clean and appointed with everything we needed. The bed was quite comfy and room was decorated perfectly down to some seasonal Halloween accents. Kitchenette had coffee, creamers, snacks and bottles of water. Bathroom was equipped with hairdryer and iron with board. We highly recommend. We did take an Uber vs walking downtown but it was not expensive at all. Thanks to Rubi!

Room was very clean and had everything we needed except for a fan. The air conditioner kept shutting off during the night which made the room stuffy.

Communication with the owner was seamless and very responsive for the few questions we had. Rooms was exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Cute little place for my husband and I on a quick trip. Beautifully done little place. Nicely decorated and very clean! Cleanliness is a must for me and it’s rare you find a rental that is pristine—even around the baseboards.

Wonderful, clean and close to main street!! Plenty of towels. Coffee pods with creamer in minifridge.. Very nice clean and quite location... We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Great lil house! Hot tub was a plus. Host was prompt and easy to deal with. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Well done! Everything is just as in the pictures. High quality! The only thing I would say is don’t expect to walk downtown unless you are young. Would definitely reserve again!

We loved our stay here. It was very conveniently located near Main St. the large bed and walk in shower made us feel right at home.

This was a darling home with a hot tub (behind a partial fence for privacy). It was cozy, comfortable, and just perfect for our stay in Fredricksburg.

The house is constructed very well! Beautiful decorations and everything we needed. A bonus to have a hot tub! Narrow parking but proved to be great to park right up to the house. Very quiet at night. Very comfortable king size bed.

Cute and comfortable set up perfect for a couple for a long weekend getaway to the hill country. feels very private despite the fact it’s on the property of the main house. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening and it was a good location for exploring Fredericksburg and local environs.

Peaceful cute little place, very clean! Has all the amenities we needed. Nicely furnished, with tasteful decorative items. Easy quick walk to downtown Fredericksburg. Our trip was very enjoyable. Highly recommend it.

Cute place for a couple to stay! Centrally located in Fredericksburg- although not sure if it’s close enough to walk to main street, we drove, but still a good location. Very clean and no problem while there.

The property was just as advertised. Very clean with no issues.

Pro: Very clean property, owner is responsive when there was an issue. Convenient location to Main Street. A little farther than 4 blks but still Con: No cable, just smart tv. We missed the second half of the Super Bowl since we didn't know that. Heater didn't work. Owner was responsive and came right away to work on it.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and did wine tasting in the region. The place had an excellent location and we could easily walk to Main Street for dinner and drinks. It was clean and convenient. We would stay here again.
