The property was clean and comfortable. My husband was delighted that he could go to the beach with the supplied beach chairs and towels while the rest of us went shopping.
The kitchen was supplied with everything we might need .
Overall nice house in a nice area. We would give it five stars except for the too soft mattresses in some of the bedrooms. Would love to stay there again, maybe bring a mattress topper.

Home was in a good location to beaches and restaurants. The home is very clean. Debbie the property manager was very fast to respond and meet any needs voiced. The maintenance and cleaning staff was very efficient as well. The supplies provided do need a little updated - there were only 2 kitchen towels and only 2 pots that were in okay condition - the others were worn and handle was rotted. The master king bed mattress could use replacement. The dishes were adequate as far as plates and cups. The dryer did not dry well and took us forever to dry any beach towels or bath towels. Overall a good home but some things really do need updates and fixed for comfort, safety, and necessity for use. The garage is tight and small compared to the description - I don’t think there is anyway more than one vehicle could fit and we had to pull up to one inch of the refrigerator in garage to get the garage door closed each time. We could not walk around our vehicle in the garage with the door closed at all. We had a regular size van and had to maneuver through the middle.

It was a spacious, welcoming , clean home with all the necessities needed to give us a great family stay. Thank you to our contact person who helped with adaptations for my fragrance sensitivity. It was very helpful and I had a great , happy stay in this home.

Our family of 5 had a very nice stay here over 3 nights while visiting family. House was clean and spacious. Having ability to use garage with remote was a great perk. Immediate neighborhood is pleasant enough, but it is a short drive to get to most attractions, beaches, shops, etc.

Everything was perfect, clean comfortable, spacious. There were five adults in our party. . I loved the layout, MY older children were on one side of the living room and I was in the Master suite on the other side ( still all connected). It was perfect they could be up a little later and access to the kitchen with bothering me. Plenty of space to spread out and play a great game of Rummy. Thanks to really nice host. Would definitely come again.

Nice Spacious Home
We were 4 woman going to a bridal shower. The kitchen is well equipped. TV’s all working. If you need get to beaches, shopping or restaurants, it is all in close proximity. Communication with Management Company was very good. We weren’t there long enough to take advantage of the great area but we will be back.

Venice Vacation
This was a quick and easy process for this rental. We did experience some issues with the AC but after speaking to the hostess (Debbie) I was able to get it resolved. Very convenient to the beaches.

My sister and I went to Venice to visit family and friends. We stayed in the house for four nights. It is a very nice home with a lot of room. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The upfront communications were great!! This made it very easy to access the house upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, met our needs
This place had plenty of space for our needs. Just a few things - yes, the location itself is not far from the water, but there is a canal that prevents access, so you must drive around the airport to get to the beach (about a 12-min drive, so still not bad). Also, because it’s right near the airport, there are small planes that fly directly over the house, but it wasn’t that bothersome, and none flew at night. Otherwise, the house was clean and it was convenient to local restaurants, downtown, and Publix. For the price, it was very reasonable.

Venice Vaca Away
A very accommodating home away from home. We were very comfortable. We didn't have any problems so didn't even contact the guest help! We always enjoy coming to Venice & Nokomis.

Thanksgiving trip in Florida
Had a awesome time at the property. The place is very neat and tidy. Everything was provided in the house that you would typically need for your stay including lots of cooking utensils , toiletries etc. They also had some beach chairs (which were quite handy for us). All in all we had great experience.

Inviting & clean home with many extras
This is a beautiful house. It was great having the master bedroom on one side and other bedrooms on opposite side. The screened back porch was a plus and the home is in a great neightborhood. Highly recommend this VRBO

Lovely house
Beautiful house and very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and there were even chairs to take to the beach. The house was close to shopping and very convenient to everything we needed. I would certainly stay here again. I highly recommend this house.

Comfortable home
We came to visit Venice to see family and friends, this house was close to their homes. It was very spacious for a family of four and to host dinner for 6! The second day of our stay the AC unit broke. I was able to get ahold of the property manager right away, she contacted the owners. Debbie, the owner texted me within the hour. The freon was leaking and they got a technician to fill it that night, so we can have air through the night. The next day they has a temporary unit installed so we could have ac for the remaining on out stay. We appreciate the owners being proactive of getting the AC fixed and keeping us undated through the process. Overall, we had a great stay!

This was my first time booking a Vrbo listing and I was a bit concerned because listings can sometimes be deceptive but we were impressed with this house.
It comfortably accommodated four of us and the location was good because we had easy access to Tamiami Trail ,stores and restaurants.
We felt safe in the neighborhood as well ,and it was quiet
My one suggestion for Florida rentals is to supply the house with beach chairs and beach umbrellas which can be used by the guests while they are staying there.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would rent a Vrbo again in the future.

Good, slightly older Home
We had a good time during our stay and the access to the private beach was amazing! The beds were clean and comfortable and we loved the porch! There were a few things that were difficult for us; the pots and pans in the house were very bent and damaged, so it was almost impossible to cook a meal on the stove, and there were tiny ants and bugs in the master bathroom (which is just part of being in an older home in Florida). Other than those things, we had a great time and would stay again in this home.
