The restaurant staff were a true credit to the Hotel. Couldn't do enough for you. Really helpful and courteous. A very efficient team.

Nice room clean and everything you need in it breakfast was chosen from menu for two days and buffet one Day two of the days hotel was very quiet one of the days we didn't see anyone else but one of the days 200 Thai people turned up so a lot better

The biger bed room & toilet room. there are more space between toilet room partition separate from bed room. The lights in bedroom very bright. The swimming pool view is nice.

A big hotel with an amazing large swimming pool, staff were terrific, breakfast and I had a couple of meals off the menu and prices and food were very good.

The location is very close to the beach. Only 600 m far from the public park. There is a big swimming pool with small slides for kids.

The bed room floor was coverd with sand and many dust. It looked like no one cleans it after the previous guest checked out.

the room is spacious and properly cleaned every day. the pool is great, the gym ok.

the location is terrible. there is nothing to do around it, there is no beach to enjoy. you have to have your own transport. the room on garden side had so many mosquitoes we had to change to a pool view room ( and were made to pay extra, apparently reception staff doesn’t care or do something about it) The poolroom has a nice view, but when guests get too noisy, it’s bothering. the balconies should have been designed 1 meter deeper so you could make actual use of it. Staff at reception were not very friendly nor helpful. I asked for cleaning material in the gym. they didn’t do anything. It is simply not hygienic, I had to bring my own tissue box from the room and sanitiser from the elevator to clean the machines ( and I stayed for a week). food in the restaurant wasn’t bad, but restaurant itself was smelly, looked more like a canteen than a restaurant. for what it’s worth, the cleaners were nice and so was the security at the entree. a request put through on my behalf by a Booking.com agent never got any reply from Jeremy who works at reservations at this hotel which I find really disappointing and not at all acceptable.

Large room, huge bed, great bathroom plus all the little things. Clean & comfy. Note when a lot of guests, breakfast is an extensive buffet. If just a few guests, breakfast is to order and more than you can eat if you order everything. Food in their restaurant was good & not overpriced. Wine by the glass was good too. Fantastic long pool for laps (80m) plus a separate kids pool.

A bit out of the main area, so very few places to eat or drink around there. Their restaurant bar closes at 8 pm. The sushi bar 500 m to the north & open till late, is worth a walk/ride. A 10 minute walk out to the main road and the green song taow (15B taxi truck). No real problem in the day, there are free bikes. Might be an issue if you are not a biker or walker, although there is a complementry van bus twice a day, into the city.
