Questo grande duplex con due camere da letto e due bagni situato sulla chiave di Manasota ti sta aspettando! La serenità di Englewood rende questo un posto speciale per godersi la vacanza. Questa unità è rivolta a ovest e consente di ammirare tramonti assassini per te, la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici.
Usa l'ascensore situato nel garage per portare i bagagli al piano principale! Questo è un vantaggio unico per un duplex in quest'area con accesso per disabili tramite ascensore solo al secondo livello. L'open space di secondo livello è rivolto a ovest, consentendo giornate luminose e bellissime notti, con nuovi contatori ed elettrodomestici in granito in cucina. Le persiane delle piantagioni racchiudono la vista parziale sul golfo dal ponte anteriore da questo livello,
Il 3 ° livello è dove si trova la camera da letto principale, completa di bagno padronale con cabina doccia e balcone privato schermato per ammirare il tramonto.
Il piano terra ha un cortile recintato ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia con un ingresso privato alla spiaggia! E tutti i giocattoli da spiaggia di cui hai bisogno si trovano nel garage.
Infine, se stai cercando uno spazio più grande, l'unità accanto è anche disponibile per il noleggio e le due unità possono essere combinate utilizzando una porta interna che collega le due unità, ideale per riunioni di famiglia sulla spiaggia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The access to the beach is a quick, easy walk across the street and over a couple houses. The house is what is pictured:) There are the basics in the kitchen and baths, beach towels; bikes in the garage, etc.
We love Manasota Key! We would definitely return to this rental!

Loved property and the location. As advertised. Had a little problem with garbage disposal that didn't get taken care of as quick as we would have liked but it wasn't a deal breaker. We would stay again.

Beautiful Beach House
We had a 4 night last minute stay that was really just perfect. Beach access was just a quick walk. The area was quiet and a nice walking community. Walking distance to the state park which is $3 flat rate. Surf fishing was very nice, Pompano fish and Whiting during this season. The unit was clean and well decorated. Drip coffeemaker, washer, dryer, iron, hairdryer, central AC/heat, dish washer, stair walk up only, and plenty of storage space for your outdoor activities. We would definitely book this again. As far as booking goes no issues but worried about too many different company names involved, booked with VRBO but later saw Redawning and Homeaway as parties to the transaction, some how this should be clearer.

Unfortunately when we arrived, the property was not cleaned/prepared before our arrival. The guests before us didn't even follow the basic instructions (wash towels), strip beds, etc.
A couple of the beach chairs were so rusted that they didn't even work properly and one broke.
We loved the house and Franciso the property manager was able to get someone in there to clean - but we had to sit on balcony to give the cleaner the space she needed.
Additionally the guest bedroom needs better blinds - the sun comes in on that side and basically blinds you.
The location is awesome too.

Cute house, great location, quick walk to the water. Lockbox was broken and we were not able to lock the outside garage door with keys provided. House could use some updates, but overall it was a great stay and Manasota Key was a quiet retreat compared to other springbreak spots!

This is a nice house. It had the right amount of room for us and the multiple decks were really nice. Beach access was close and easy to find.

Relaxing stay
The rental unit was clean but a little dated. Good location and walking distance to the private walkway to the beach. Sunsets were amazing. Shelling and shark teeth galore! White Elephant Pub is the place to be for drinks and entertainment/bands. Rented a pontoon one day which is a must! Overall good time!

The place was nice the only problem that we saw it was the upstairs shower does not drain very well at all so one may need to take a look at getting that cleaned so that it drains better

Nice location. Close to the beach. There were turtle nests on the beach. Some shells. Unfortunately red tide was present and there were dead fish and seaweed washed up on the beach after the first day.. The smell was terrible. We had to drive south to other beaches the rest of our stay.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was easy to find and is nice. We had a few issues but they can easily be remedied for future renters. The house thermostat was downstairs and locked and we could only adjust it to 72 degrees as the coolest temperature, which was not cool enough. The weather wash very hot and the house stayed too warm upstairs. We would wake up during the night because it was too hot and had to keep readjusting the thermostat because it was being reset to 75 degrees automatically. The downstairs television would not work properly, it was connected to the wifi but when we tried to watch something it would not load. The downstairs screened porch had a tear in the screen so the insects were able to get inside so we were not able to use the space because of mosquitoes. The vent fan over the stove made a strange sound when we tried to turn it on so we immediately turned it off and the light did not work.

I sent an email to the property manager and in less then an hour he emailed back, called and texted to ensure I was able to work it. I really appreciated his attentiveness and kindness. We brought our own beach chairs and beach umbrella but I did see lots of beach toys, chairs and floats and metal shell/shark tooth finding device. The house was so comfortable...Definately going to stay again!

The house is very nice, comfortable and well maintained in some aspects. We rented that house because it has an elevator, but it did not work and in the family group we were traveling two elderly people with problems climbing stairs. Also, the chairs, umbrellas and toys on the beach are in very bad condition and dirty with sand, and empty bear cans left in the folding chairs. So much for Covid 19 cleaning.
They advertise two bikes, but there was only one bike with flat tires. We called the management company to see if we could get another bike, and they never contact us. The house could be much better maintained and better managed.
