Very close to beach. Quiet house, generally well taken care of.

No BBQ as advertised. Very soft bed that was uncomfortable for us (but if you like squishy beds with little back support, then this is the one for you). Otherwise a nice place.

1970s double wide on uneven foundation, a falling hazard. We wiped several surfaces with wet paper towels coming away grimy. Blinds in west bedroom didn't close all the way - the sun woke us up way too early. Glow in the dark stickers on ceiling very distracting. No instructions on operating TV system (we are Comcast users). Wicker chair and sagging couch too low, difficult to get in and out of. No outdoor furniture. Was really looking forward to reading outside.

Very clean house, from the floors to the linens to the kitchen. Easy parking. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Furnace works well and heats up house quickly.

The outside light is terribly dim and I needed a flashlight to access the key box. House is worn and small but not terrible, however some things could be fixed. The toilet seat had a older looking sign indicating it was broken - probably should buy a new seat by now! Toilet also runs. The brown wide blinds are too narrow for the windows so you never have privacy; even when they were closed people could see into the front room from outside.

When we arrived, the leaking toilet had soaked the rug. (Turns out this had been leaking awhile) Inside the window frame in the living room, mold was growing. Poor housekeeping didn’t catch this. Poorly fitting bathroom door was noisy at night, and heater was extremely noisy. Very dated property.

Easy code for lock box right next to the door. Had no issues opening the lock box with the given code via email. Very easy to find the location, park, and get inside within minutes! We loved the property, all the items and amenities, and easy instructions for how to do everything inside the house. Quick and easy clean up and check out too!

The bunk bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep in, but everything else was comfortable (couches, main bed, table). House is a bit old and could use some fixing up, but everything works well and it was still a very pleasant visit!

I loved being right on the ocean, just a few steps away, loved all the sand dollars we found, my grandchildren had a super fun time, lots of memories made that will be cherished forever!!! This little home was quiet, very secluded and no traffic at all on the streets, we hated leaving, also there was a momma and baby dear that came right into the back yard and my grandchildren were able to feed them peaches and bananas right from their hands. it was a spectacular time!! this home had all the things you could have needed.

the grocery store that was local was extremely high, like a loaf o bread was $6. so be prepared to drive another hour to the closest regular store (Walmart) to get everything you need to cook for your stay.
