Property charged extra money & don't Chek in oyo booking...booked room offline.

Bad experience

It's a scam, I was not allowed to check in, I have to take another hotel at midnight with my family, property was not open and no staff was available. Hotel was closed. Yesterday I had booked once again but staff of the hotel asked me to come off line, bcoz price was low at online and had not allowed me to check in again.

Staff behaviour is good, For the people who are willing to stay there for prachee visit this place is best for them..staff are very cooperative and prachee is only 200 meters away from this hotel. Overall is good but don't book through oyo or any online app as they charged extra 800 rupees. Food availability also there near prachee

but maitainance is not there, housekeeping service is very bad..so much cigarette smoke are there which is unbearable and for bathroom and also drinking water we need the tell them every time to switch on the motor.
