Only in room for a couple of days very enjoyable stay close to the facilities I needed to use.

We stayed only two nights, but the place was quiet, secluded (safe), and convenient. It is located within a few minutes of everything in Rome. Ronnie is a great hosts. I will consider it for any future trips to the area.

Amazing property manager. Great communication. VRBO was renovated in 2019 with all new appliances. Property and surrounding neighborhood has awesome views. Dear continuously roam unrestricted throughout the neighborhood. Great location to anywhere in the city. If available the next time I visit the area, this will be the first place I look for. I wish there were more stars to be able to rate this property higher than just 5!

I was very pleased with our stay. Ronnie is very friendly and helpful with checking in, any questions, etc. I would definitely stay again!

Awesome place to stay! Perfect landing spot if by yourself or with a partner. Place is CLEAN! Great neighborhood. Close to downtown Rome. Priced very fair! All the appliances were new. The only thing I would change: Remove a couple of chairs and have a longer couch to stretch out on & a screen door for main entry. Ronnie was great! I'm looking forward to going back to Rome soon and I plan on staying here again. My son coaches at Shorter University. Being from Michigan, its great to leave the cold and snow and go SOUTH!

Comfortable and clean apartment that was perfect size for my (5) night stay. Loved having a full-size washer and dryer. Property owner (Ronnie) was great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

There were no problems during check-in and the inside was as pictured. We would have stayed if not due to a change in work schedules. It’s worth noting that the rental is located on the backside of a small separate building in the owner’s yard, like an in-law suite.

Exceptional value. Great location, close to resturants and shopping but quiet and beautiful surroundings, felt very safe. Ronnie is a very courteous and helpful host. Can recommend for any future visitors to Rome area.

Neighbors are all very friendly. Ronnie is the greatest host. Local, and knows a ton about the area. And very easy to talk to. The rental is perfect. Just enough space to make you feel at home. Laundry in rental is a big plus. And Ronnie was always checking in to see that everything was ok. You will not be disappointed.

The host at this property was very accommodating to our crazy schedule. The property was smaller than places we have stayed before. We were hesitant at first, but it was perfect! In a safe a quiet neighborhood we couldn’t have asked for more.

Such a cute apartment and it was very safe and centrally located to everything in Rome! We had a great time here and loved getting to know the area. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome!

Even though the kitchen is well-equipped, our host even loaned us some of his personal kitchen equipment to make our family event more special. Lovely area.

Clean, private, quiet and extremely convenient to downtown Rome. So much better than a hotel room - even has washer/dryer in the unit! Cannot go wrong with this place!
