Top Floor Waterfront Put-in-Bay condo
Goditi un ampio condominio sul lungomare 1BR con vista sul lago Erie e sul monumento di Perry. A pochi passi da tutto il divertimento del centro di Put-in-Bay, ma situato in una tranquilla strada senza uscita in modo da poterti rilassare quando vuoi. Goditi il semplice stile di vita Put-in-Bay come dovresti senza problemi. Questo spazioso condominio sul lungomare all'ultimo piano offre viste spettacolari, giardini e accesso al lago. Bevi un caffè sul tuo balcone privato con vista sulle albe più pittoresche dell'isola e sul Monumento di Perry. Goditi il barbecue sul cortile sul lago o semplicemente rilassati e ascolta le onde. Situato vicino al centro ma abbastanza lontano per rilassarsi. Questo è un tranquillo edificio di 12 unità con alcuni residenti tutto l'anno, quindi per favore niente feste!

We enjoyed staying here! It was perfect for us! The view off the balcony is amazing! Chris (the manager of the condo) was very helpful along the way! He answered any questions that we had and helpful tips for the island was great too! The condo was cleaned up and ready when we arrived! We actually got access sooner than our check in time which worked out great! You will love it here!

Chris was so helpful and nice. Easy to work with. Checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was perfect with beautiful view.
The only disappointment for me was the weather-rainy with high winds so i couldn’t sit outside on balcony. Could see the water from inside. Would like to come back when not so cold and rainy.

We come to PIB every year. This is our first time staying in this condo. In my opinion, it's the best affordable option. You are close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough away to get a quiet sleep. The view out the back windows and on the balcony is incredible. The A/C worked great and kept us comfortably cool. The place was immaculate, well stocked with everything you'll need to cook, had plenty of paper products and towels, and Chris checked in and was a great host. I would highly recommend!!

The property is exactly as described with a beautiful view. Great, quiet location but can easily access downtown.The owner was very helpful in regard to questions about the island. We had a great stay and would stay again.

Fantastic Property that had everything that we needed. Very clean and was a perfect location, close enough to downtown that we could go and enjoy the areas that we wanted, yet far enough away that we were also secluded to just visit and enjoy each other's company. The host was phenomenal, extremely responsive and exceeded our expectations for providing information and recommendations. He even accommodated our last minute extended stay for an additional night, could not have asked for a better host!! I'd give a 10 star rating if I could!!

This is our second time staying in this condo. We absolutely love it!! It’s perfect for our family of four. It’s clean, spacious, and quiet. Great views of the lake! Chris was great and made communication easy! We will absolutely be back.

The property was within walking distance to all of the festivities downtown, yet totally peaceful and serene at night. The morning sun and the lapping waves 70 feet from our balcony, what a treat! We’d do it again. Chris and Colleen are thoughtful hosts. We had perfect fall weather. Light sweater, cool breeze, warm sun. The island has great food. Perfect sausage gravy at the Frosty Bar, Perfectly BBQ’d moist chicken at the Chicken Patio, and Hearty lobster bisque at the Boardwalk. Morning sun with a cup of tea on the balcony at Chris and Colleen’s. Fresh air, perfect to catch up on your favorite book.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this rental. The condo was clean and functional upon arrival. Proximity to downtown was excellent. It was just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo was excellent size for two, but 4 adults would be tight. My only concern was the noise level with the portable air condition running. The view from the deck was beautiful. I would stay there again.

Great condo
The view and location was top notch! Chris was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place! I saw complaints about the bed in the reviews but my husband and I thought it was comfortable and slept great! The place was very well appointed with everything you could need. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Wonderful condo!
This condo was the perfect little getaway for our family of four. It was clean and quiet with amazing views of the lake. Great location; just a short walk from downtown and the Jet Express. Even though it’s close to the action, it’s tucked away on a peaceful, quiet street. Definitely a hidden gem! Chris was great to work with and super helpful! We will definitely be back!

Great little condo
This condo was a great choice for our small family (two adults, two young children). It was remarkably quiet for being so close to downtown Put-in-Bay. The condo itself was thoughtfully stocked and the owner was responsive to questions. I recommend this to any small group/family who is looking for a peaceful place with a bay view that is close (but not too close) to the downtown.

Peaceful place to relax on the lake
The location is great - quiet but just a short walk to town and all the places to eat, drink and play. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the lake lap up to the shore and watching the birds in the water. Found some great food in town - walleye, and perch were the best!
The condo was roomy and had all the kitchen things we could ask for. Furniture was comfortable. On the reviews I noticed some people weren't happy with the bed but I found it comfortable and I slept really well.
One thing I didn’t like was the fact that there were baby mosquitoes on the inside of a large window in the living room. The mat out on the deck was old and stayed damp for 2 days after a rain. The outdoor stairway leading up to the condo was a little messy - cobwebs etc.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The place is top notch. Every detail was covered and we were very impressed. I would recommend to anyone I know who will be visiting Put-in-Bay. P.S. I did catch a 2 ft. Channel Cat fish. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place.
