I like that it was not to far from lake arrowhead village

They had a lot of spiders and beetles in the rooms and living room they have folded beds and had yellow stains

Kitchen space and utensils were good. Spacious rooms and living area.

The bed on the first floor dips in the middle and is very uncomfortable to sleep in. The plumbing is loose and makes a lot of noise when turning on. The TV in the master bedroom upstairs didn't want to turn on and neither did the TV in the bedroom on the first floor. The front door is difficult to open/close and has a loose doorhandle.

We like the location most of all. Very close the Village and other stores.

I did Not like that Many of the dishes we wanted to use were really dirty. There was some dead ants on the bed I stayed in with my baby, and from all 4 TVs only 1 worked well.

Everything was excellent

it was very spacious and comfortable. it is in a quiet area so it was very relaxing. Plenty of room and sitting. very tidy.

this was the first place we ever rented that lacked some amenities. i know we are supposed to bring stuff but there was no salt, and only a keurig but no coffee pods. all the plates were and most cups were plastic which is great for kids but not so appealing for adults. The toaster oven is very old and not so appealing. the fridge was missing a lot of the compartments that help put food on the sides so we crammed everything. dont get me wrong it’s a nice place and location is gray but for almost $1,000 I did expect more. we could not watch tv and could mot adjust the nest so the whole time it was hot in the house.

House was spacious and generally clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good

The kitchen was extremely poorly supplied. There were 2 coffee pots that did not go together. No baking sheets so oven was useless . Tried to reach out to Evolve with numbers and emails they sent me but no response all weekend. No extra blankets; no soap in any of the bathrooms. Not enough towels andextremely poor quality. No book to suggest things to do in the area . The TVs were very hard to figure out.

This property is extremely unfit number one it has an aunt and spider and bedbugs infestation and we contacted their names on the inside of the owner and the person taking care of the property and the person taking care of the property said her hands are tied that I’d have to contact the owner yet he never responded to me first of all all the bugs and ants and then to see the bedbugs was horrific just so you know the beds are only wooden slats with one mattress very uncomfortable the stairs are extremely steep going up and down and the rails on the side is broken they have a pool table with sticks with no cues so you really can’t play pool none of the TVs work the fan which is the only fan in the kitchen area for ventilation doesn’t work the lights in most of the bedrooms didn’t work and it’s pitch black the towels that they left for us to use actually look like a rag you would wash your car with if they were frayed on the sides it’s horrific and don’t let it fool you it says it has a coffee pot blender and all that kind of stuff there’s all missing pieces it’s just this whole place was mistake I was looking to sit out on the porch and have my coffee in the morning and you can’t even sit outside on the porch the chairs are all broken it is so rickety and so bad it’s just unfortunate what a horrible horrible place and a horrible thing to happen for a small little getaway I literally had to scramble to find a new place to go to on Saturday morning there was no way I was staying there there
