the staff who responsible for checking in was not giving clear instruction prior for check in. in fact of communicating with the customer in advanced, I was the one to approached in the opposite. information was not given clearly even up to the checking in date and time which kinda causing a lot of inconvenience for people who came from outstation when preparation is indeed important to plan ahead to ensure smooth travel schedule. disappointing condition happened upon arrival was that information only supplied in terms of paying deposit in advanced and else to get online self-checking in done . was waited at the lobby helplessly while the person in charged was out of reached and there is no other contact prior for checking in. cleanliness isn’t up to to what people have rated. the unit was humid and filled with unpleasant odour.fortunate with the self brought diffuser to get rid of those unpleasant smell during stay. besides, the corridor smelled with uncleared garbages (was not sure whether was it due to the contaminated floor at the corridor or from other units.) wondering why as there is no garbage room located at that level. in addition, the unit wasn’t prepared with extra toilet rolls neither garbage bag. washroom was found with some worms which kind of horrifying especially when the washroom is just located right next to the bedroom. concerns with the facilities especially when the lifts of the property were faulty all at the same time. none of them were functioning including the bomba lift, which resulted to most of the people stuck at the lobby for almost 40-45minutes. other than that, parking card was asked to return during stay prior for system update at management office out of the sudden which caused unnecessary carpark payment to be made during stay. was expecting to have a nice stay for entire family but it was kind of disappointing stay after all.

i dont like take key in box. its difficult to find. I already inform owner i need to check in early. at least give me 10 minute early before actual check in but owner still refuse. owner give information about key around 3.05pm. also, difficult to find a box. so there take alot of time. i late for my event was start at 4pm. its not convenient at all. never come again.

Nice and cosy unit. Photos posted are the same as the unit.

Poor Wi-Fi connection, only the upper floor toilet have water heater, bed have screeching noise whenever you sat or lie on it.

I waited almost 30-40 mins in the lobby to get a proper guidelines to get the key on arrival. Once the host sent me the self check-in details I went to look for the key in the mailbox but the access card to enter the building is not there. Again, only option to contact the host is through Whatsapp because he/she is not responding to any of my call. Therefore, I need to wait for some time more until I get a reply in Whatsapp. Very slow communication and poor customer service

Due to Air Conditioner is not functioning, I contacted the host for a new room change or anyone from their end can come to check.The answer I got is both option not available. Thus, I had to again rebook a new hotel on the same day and move out from this building. Due to this, my itinerary has ruined. Additional, to get my refund money it took me almost more than 5 days and only if I whatsapp/follow-up with them there will be a reply and none of my call got answered. There was no proper update by when/ETA I could receive the refund.

The house is so comfortable and so clean.

Need to improve the check in process. Quite troublesome. If i were old people, i may not able to check on my own.
