Roomy House Rental October 17-20 The property had a number of deficiencies upon our arrival and there appeared to be no interest in correcting the problems. 1. The garbage disposal didn’t work and was reported to the manager. He was aware of the problem but didn’t offer to correct. 2. The garbage disposal sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. Again, this was reported to the manager and he indicated that it had already been reported to him. 3. The ice cube maker was not functional. 4. The drain for the sink in the upstairs bathroom leaked (maybe several ounces of water per minute) and soaked the floor carpet in front of the sink. 5. There was an unusual sweet odor in the upstairs bed. Friends who had joined us for the rental left a day early because of the odor, drain leak and other problems with the property. 5. When sitting at the dining room table, I could easily see 4 different styles of electrical switch plates. There were other styles but 4 were easily visible at one location. 6. One screen door did not have a handle on the inside so was nearly impossible to open to exit through that sliding door. Another was broken and not functional. 7. There were multiple examples of gaps in trim etc. that showed obvious non-professional maintenance work having been done. 8. There was a sign on a sliding door warning that it was dangerous to go on the degraded deck bare footed. Deck was in bad shape. 9. There was a general lack of maintenance to the exterior of the house and grounds. During the last 40 years I have rented dozens of vacation villas and condos all over the world. This is by far the worst property that I have ever rented. It clearly has inept management and routine maintenance is clearly not being done in a reasonable manner. It was a beautiful area and quiet.

The house had alot of damage to it and is falling apart. It was dirty,including hair in the shower. Dirty microwave.

Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Manager helped with any issue we had. Lots of towels to use. Clean beds.

The oven/stove didn’t work.

Great location! Peaceful and private but still close to town! My property contact was really responsive and helpful!
