Great location. Grand rooms.

Took half an hour for checking in. The system was not showing my booking. The staff at reception was reluctant to contact Booking.com. After my insistence they took some steps. Ultimately my booking was located in the computer and I was checked in. In the so called upgraded room kettle was not working. Food was cold in the restaurant and service was not up to the mark even though there were not. many guests in the restaurant .

Breakfast was ok

Furniture needed repairs, study table had chipped wood, quality of bathroom accessories, noise from one room coming into ours, restaurant staff needs some professional training

Bed sheets were dirty and no toiletries were provided.

Location, food and the room.

There was no dustbin in the room. The bathroom had a bunch of live wires hanging close to the sink. The bathroom was not clean. The front desk staff was rude and asked for room payment at the time of check in.

Considering the brand I did booked normal suite room for 4 dec as check in and 5th dec as check out. Even after multiple follow up bank details for payment was not shared and without my notice booking was canceled. Post discussion with management team was forced to booked presedential suite. Post transferring payment at day of checkin room allocated was executive suite. While requesting for refund for difference amount it was not given. Better go for other brands.

Food and restaurant service is awfully worst. The food served is not worth a single star. The chef's are lost bunch who do not understand cuisines...the girls serving are local very young age to understand the need of business traveler. The corridor has old torn out carpets ...it seems they have not cleaned for ages.

The room size was good. The bed was comfortable.

The electronic door locks didn’t work three times. Laundry got lost and took a while to find it. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of choices. The cakes doesn’t taste very well.
