Moisissures sur les murs. Pas beaucoup d’équipement. Le bruit insupportable de la voisine qui criait et parlait toute seule. Cela ne s’est pas réglé et une proposition d’arrangement n’a pas été trouvé avec la propriétaire du logement.

The hotel Chez NATHALIE location didn`t accessible for me because the access code has missing from the confirmation issued and sent to my e-mail by the responsible staff.
The confirmation sent by CWT for Booking.com business (!? I don`t know who is this CWT and its responsibility into the correct hotel operation ???) has mentioned that is need to have the access code . So nearby of not specified anything about the need to have a code to access the main entrance door into "hotel" building (horrible entrance image on photos ),by hotel offer on the BOOKING COM for CHEZ NATHALIE it mentioned that the check-in start from 15.00 till 23.00. My arrival at the hotel (see pictures) was at 18.30 ) So after my visit to hypothetical " hotel" :no logo visible on the exterior of building (why to don`t be visited by financing & taxes authority ?),missing of contact phone with the accomodation, mentioned on the confirmation, For my compulsory "no shown" due of hotel guilty ,the charges has no justification. So even one please by ASAP return me the amount illegally if charged some. I had to find during of night other place of accomodation with really conditions and friendly responsible staff for business exigence. The booking.com association with such hotels like this is against not benefits for business com, Against |....

Cette chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site. Il s'agit d'une pièce avec fenêtre sur couloir où tout le monde passe, mobilier usager, abattant wc cassé, prise électrique dangereuse, douche sale, literie avec punaises de lit, nuisance sonore : on entend tout, à mon arrivée, voisins apparemment alcoolisés qui se disputaient...je demande le remboursement mais pas de réponse...

Bonsoir la description et les photos sont faux. Cela n'a rien a voir avec les lieux. On se croirait dans un taudis. C est un enfer. Il n'y a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. Les équipements sont degueulasses et ne correspondent en rien avec ce qui a été annoncé . Un matelas avec ressort et on ressent le somment en fer lorsqu'on est sur le lit. Faut faire fermer ce site. J'ai demandé un remboursement

There was nothing to like, they didn't even put a soap in the toilet. There was nobody in the counter to receive me or explain anything to me. There was noise all the time. The smell of ciggarette in the hallway all the time.

There was noise at night at 2 am and 4 am and all the time people were coming and going and banging doors. The smell of ciggarettes in the hallway was all the time. I was extremely disturbed and couldn't sleep the whole night. It was the worst experience ever.

Couldn't find our room number 5 at the rear of the building. Door faced a small concrete area which had rubbish in it. Sub-standard conversion of storeroom to accomodation. Only one power point in kitchen space, could only plug in stove top or fridge but not both, and had to drag the fridge out from the corner for power cord to reach. Complimentary toiletries were empty. Couldn't work out how to lock the door, when we rang Sophie she hung up on us because she was busy. All she had to say was to lift the door handle up to lock, which we eventually worked out. Pictures highly deceptive and nothing like our room. Appaling that such a shabby apartment would even be offered. A distressful, overpriced way to spend our first night in Lyon.

The placement was good. The studio by itself wasn’t too bad, good enough for one night only in case of emergency.
There was a HORRIBLE smell of cigarettes inside the room. The smell wouldn’t go away and just got worse by time. Too expensive for what it is.

Everything. Nothing was like the pictures, it was dirty and smelling. A lot of dust.
We hated it, it was dirty and we didn't even sleep there because of the conditions of the apartment. We want to get refound but booking doesn't do anything. this is unacceptable.

Nothing is good. It is a very small and dirty studio.
The room is very small. It is very dirty and smells horrible. In addition, there is no air conditioner and no windows! It is very hot. The bed is very uncomfortable. In addition, all the towels and bed's sheets were dirty. Kitchen is tiny, less then 2 m2 and very dirty as well. Pictures which the owner post are from different apartment or different hostel. This hostel is not nice. Noone met us, no service at all. No English speaking personals.

absolutely nothing at all, highlight was the plastic bunch of flowers on the manky table
absolutely everything: the room smelled like cigarettes, which was particularly annoying since there are no windows that can be opened towards the outside, the bed was hard and the bedding was disgusting, the two cushioned chairs were ultra filthy, the only light was two bare bulbs hanging from the very low ceiling, the „kitchen“ equipment was dirty and in poor condition, the toilet seat was falling apart, to mention just a few grossed us out

I liked the location and the staff was really kind and available. Te room is not far from public transports.
The isolation was not good. The room was cold and the cigarettes smoke of people outside was entering the room. The pillows were strong, I did not sleep well.

Chairs were almost broken, door bathroom with a hole, not mended properly, no fresh air (you can't open any window really). The drain in the kitchen was almost blocked. House entrance directly before room entrance - extremely loud sometimes
