The hot tub and the fact everyone had their own bathroom

The gravel road leading up to the property was very narrow, and the garage was full of stuff cause there doing renovations

the AC didn’t work while we were there however the homeowners made that right with us

I liked the seclusion and how beautiful the property was.

The hot tub was NOT working, I paid MORE for this cabin to have a hot tub, I never received any compensation for this missing amenity. I firmly believe they knew about it, because upon arrival, the breaker box was left open and it looked like someone was messing with it. they could’ve simply given us a credit upfront at the beginning of our trip. We were right next to the smoky mountains and were looking forward to this after long days of hiking. Extremely dissatisfied with the complete lack of resolution. Evolve is a joke as far as customer service goes… they responded so quickly when I wanted to book an extra night but now when it comes to resolving my issue absolutely no response other than send pics of broken hot tub. (I did that while I was still there)

Location was great.

Stairs, my elderly pet could not do them.

The cabin was very cozy and clean. We liked the remote place where it was.Owners were very nice and accomodating

Hard to get to. Gravel road was a little treacherous. Had to drive to end of road where it was located. Very deceiving with a GPS

Everything — it was super peaceful and just unbelievable Beautiful area, also just the right distance from Town

That I didn’t book the Cabin for a longer period of time
