Everything was close in proximity. Staff was all accommodating and nice!

Everything was perfect for a short vacation

I like that it was oceanfront.

The bed was really ratty , the pillows were flat and we exactly saw a few roaches.

Lots of pools and hot tubs! Right on the beach! Bar has good food!

The Coffee pot had old coffee and mold in it. We had to go to the store and buy cleaner and clean the whole thing. It was a nasty coffee pot. The counter was nasty and we had to clean it. There was not 3 car garage tickets like the I go stated so we had to email y’all but never got a response so every night we had to wonder if our car would be towed. Also, no extra toilet paper. Hand soap was empty. In these times hand soap is very important. We went and bought some. The balcony doors were very dirty. We had to clean those also to be able to see out the doors. The Murphy bed head board was broken on one side. The couch cover was nasty and had crumbs and old pony tail holders in the creases. We had to take it all the way off and shake it outside when we made out the couch bed.

The room was very nice and clean. View was amazing.

Wifi wasn't working.

The location was great just what I wanted. Ocean front.

This was a vacation from HELL. From the time I made reservations. I had questions concerning policies on the covid-19 virus, along with other questions that I just was not sure about. I contacted Evolve numerous times. Everytime I contacted them I could never get an answer from these people. I called different times of the day still the same recording " They're busy with other customers leave a message and they will return the call". They never returned my calls. The day of check in we got to the resort, hadn't been there 10 mins and one of my guests had an accident getting into the elevator and was hospitalized. The lock on our room wouldn't lock so part of our group had to stay at the room to keep our stuff from being potentially stolen while the other part went to the hospital. Again tried to contact Evolve using every email and phone number I had to contact someone at Evolve and still nothing. I finally was able to contact our guest consultant. But to our surprise he couldn't get in contact with Evolve no better than we could. It seemed as if EVERYONE at the hotel knew about our ordeal with one of my guests getting hurt in the elevator. Other guests as well as employees. One of the employees even asked if we had filled out an incident report? I told them NO because we couldn't get in contact with anyone to fill out a report. There's a whole lot more to this story but take my advice DO NOT USE EVOLVE
