Charming home in the heart of Sawyer!
Una volta imboccata questa strada privata fiancheggiata da pini, ti sentirai come in vacanza! Questa casa super carina ha due camere da letto, pavimenti in legno, camino in pietra e un grande portico posteriore schermato che si affaccia su un cortile alberato. Sul lato del lago di Red Arrow Road, la posizione è ideale per raggiungere a piedi Warren Dunes, a breve distanza in auto da numerose spiagge e campi da golf, piste ciclabili e visitare birrerie locali, ristoranti e negozi. Le attività invernali includono passeggiate panoramiche, piste da sci di fondo, esplorando i negozi unici lungo l'autostrada Red Arrow e sedendosi davanti al camino con un buon libro!
Fornito di tutto il necessario per la spiaggia, andare in bicicletta, grigliare o rilassarsi a casa con giochi e puzzle. In casa WIFI e una caffetteria a pochi passi consentono di lavorare a distanza, se necessario!

We stayed here for 12 days. Had a great time. Cute little quiet community great for biking, coffee shops, restaurants, and Lake Michigan beaches. Walking distance to Warren Dunes S.P. Fresh made donuts up the road. Lots of shops and a paved trail that runs for miles for biking walking or jogging. Very dog friendly area also. We saw lots of deer walking by every day.

This was my second time staying here. The house is absolutely perfect…clean, comfortable, and well equipped for every need. Can’t say enough about how great Terry is! Will definitely be coming back!

Place was as described/shown in pictures. The place was spotless, had everything you could ever need and is within walking distance to a private beach. It is a lovely house with gorgeous landscaping and has an amazing screened in porch. We especially appreciated the fact it was dog friendly and really enjoyed using the bikes. I would recommend this place to others and would stay here again in the future!

Totally as advertised. Very well maintained, quiet, appealing place. We had no problems with this very nice little house and we hope to return someday soon. May is a great month for the local beaches, we had them all to ourselves.

House is exactly as pictured. Fireplace was excellent, and we spent most of our weekend sitting in front of it and just relaxing. Property owners were very communicative and helpful, and the house had everything we needed.

My wife and I had an amazing time in Sawyer exploring the dunes and many restaurants, breweries, vineyards, etc in the area. Terry was an amazing host and even was kind enough to ship us a valuable item we forgot!

Perfect cottage+perfect location+perfect hosts=an absolutely perfect week! This home is even more charming than pictures show, and yards are beautifully landscaped. Our dogs loved the walks down nearby lanes and to the beaches. Extended family stayed in nearby cottages, but ours was the best! No problems, but we knew Terry was readily available should we need her. This place deserves at least 10 Stars!

We stayed at the cottage for Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect! Walking distance to Lake Michigan, quick drive to the state park and all the wineries. The cottage had everything you needed for your stay. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch! The host was fantastic with great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The property was clean and beautiful! We can’t wait to go back!

This home offers a great location for visiting the area. The neighborhood is quiet for walking around, also shopping along the red arrow highway, Warren Dunes, and all the towns along Lake MI. The screened porch was a lovely place to relax at night and the mattress’s provided a great nights sleep. The owners are easy to reach and very accommodating. You won’t be disappointed in your stay.

We were very pleased with everything about this cottage. Very clean, well decorated & landscaped, and seemed to have many of the little things you might need but forgot to bring. It was very chilly during our stay, and the fireplace made it good. And the firewood was included.
We chose this cottage because it allowed us to bring our dog, and how close Warren Dunes SP is, which itself is dog friendly. Warren Dunes has amazing beaches and hiking over the dunes and through the wooded dunes areas.

Lovely home and area!
We had a wonderful time at this house! It's a hidden gem! Very private and super quiet street that really made you feel like you were hidden in the woods! We saw lots of deer and rode our bikes and walked the dogs down the lane, into a beautiful residential area that was also hidden! House was very clean, AC worked great when we needed it and we used all the wood in the cute fireplace! 😁 Terry was easy to reach and communicated perfectly checkin info! We will be back!

Annual Mother-Daughter+ Getaway
This house and its surrounding were just what we were looking for four teachers to wind down after a hard school year. The house is charmingly decorated and very comfortable and clean. We spent a lot of time on the huge porch(wish it had a couch for lounging out there though). It’s location is perfect for coffee houses and restaurants and the beach. He even has beach essentials right there. Terry is wonderful to work with, promptly answering any and all questions. We’ll be back!.

Terry was most accommodating. This smaller home is in an excellent location next to old pine trees and a short walk to the beach. Excellent wood burning fireplace, and in general well equipped.

Property was awesome. Quiet, beautiful landscaping, deer, birds, etc. Very peaceful. If you like to cook, you'll love the quality of the cookware and utensils. When you don't feel like cooking hit the Greenbush brewery for grub and great beer! Screened proch is beautiful and well appointed. Love the fireplace and firepit. Thank you to Paul and Terry for letting us rent your lovely home.

not a worry in the world
We had a rainy few days yet we still enjoyed the fresh surroundings, enclosed porch with our dogs and games to play. There were plenty of soft blankets to sit with at the fireplace and relax. Everything you could imagine you'd need is there in the kitchen to use. Beds were so comfy. I will come back in the summertime.

Weekend trip in March 2022
My husband, baby, dog and I stayed during a snowy weekend in March. The fireplace is wonderful and was fully stocked with wood for the weekend. The house is thoughtfully decorated and has all the supplies you need for a getaway, and is very conveniently located. We'd definitely stay again!

Beautiful cottage in a great location
Such a great place in Sawyer! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house was tucked back, but was also conveniently walking distance from the beach and only a short drive to breweries, wineries, and restaurants. Our dogs were comfortable as well and had plenty of space to run around in the backyard. We definitely recommend! We keep talking about how we need to book again in the warmer months. :)
