The apartment block was easy to find and had parking right outside. We had two rooms which were modern, quiet and well equipped. Thank you, Alexa, for your help at check-in and check-out.
The kitchens lacked chopping boards which would have been useful to prepare food, otherwise there was everything we needed.

This apartment was exceptional. The building safety/security makes me feel very safe, with locks on external doors and an excellent lock on the room door and shutters to the windows and garden doors. The fly screens were a saviour for keeping out the flies. The apartment is immaculate, modern and spacious. A very large garden area which was clean and tidy. The apartment came equipped with all essentials to allow a comfortable stay. We were staying here to be local to the nearby hospital and the location was fantastic. Not far from a local taxi rank so we could also take a taxi into town too. I would highly recommend these apartments, the best I have stayed in and would definitely return if we were local again. Communication with the host is very good, nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating when we had to increase our stay several times due to my relative remaining in hospital. Thank you for these lovely apartments and your kind hospitality. We are enjoying our stay here very much.

This is an excellent place, especially if you travel by car. Unfortunatelly, we stayed for one night only. The city Ioannina is definitely worth staying a bit more. And the se apartments are very convinient option.

Good location. Quiet neighbourhood.
The woman who met us to hand over the keys (Aleka) was very aggressive when she let us into our apartment, saying that we had not given her a good rating the last time we stayed, which was the previous week or so. Our rating was a Superb 9 but she said we had rated her 7.5 and she was really angry with us saying we got her into trouble. She basically ruined our stay as she put all of us in a bad mood and we just wanted to rest from our travels. She should be taught some customer care skills as she has put us off of ever staying there again. If we had not liked it the first time we had stayed we definitely would not have returned again!! Hope they find someone else to manage these beautiful apartments such a shame to have rude staff ruining customers stays.
