L'appartamento è arredato secondo i migliori standard con tutti gli accessori di lusso ad alta tecnologia e il patio privato ha una vista dominante sul mare, sulla spiaggia e sulla piccola città. La posizione è perfetta per il surf mentre i visitatori provenienti da ogni parte vengono a cercare le splendide condizioni a soli 150 metri dalla spiaggia, quindi adatta alle vacanze in famiglia o semplicemente per rilassarsi e godersi le viste o le passeggiate. Ci sono molte attrazioni vicine come Ilfracombe, Croyde Bay, Morthoe, Saunton Sands. Scuole di surf e guardie di vita operano sulla spiaggia di Woolacombe per proteggerti. L'appartamento è dotato di TV LCD, audio surround, DVD, Sky Freesat, divano / letto in pelle, specifiche al top. Cucina, uso della stanza umida con asciugatura della muta e bagno turco per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. I giardini paesaggistici posteriori sono a terrazze che si innalzano verso le aree barbecue con altri cortili che sono condivisi con gli altri 7 appartamenti ma sono divisi in aree private con tavoli e posti a sedere che si affacciano sull'intera baia. Inoltre viene fornito con 1 posto auto.

Location was perfect, lovely view of the beach from the patio, we like so many others had disappointing weather so was unable to spend much time on the patio 🙄 we still had a great week with our pooch 😉 xx

Lovely, clean apartment. It had everything we needed and was ideally situated a stones throw from the beach & town.
My only complaint is that although there’s a sea view from the property, Apartment 1 is situated at the back of the property and there’s nowhere within the apartment that you can see the sea & sky. It is a little bit dark.
The great views and patios are enjoyed by the other apartments but not No.1.
I just think people might want to know this and it wasn’t made clear on the listing.

Well situated property. Disappointed that steam room is no longer available although itt remains on the list of facilities. Washing machine leaked and TV in bedroom was tricky to make work

The apartment was immaculate, the owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for the town and beach. I would highly recommend.

Lovely cosy place, absolutely sparkling clean. What is beautiful that this is that it’s an old house converted into flats, with an outside wetsuit / shower room. Each time the dog and I visited the beach, I could shower him off in there, and this meant that the flat stayed immaculate. Brilliant central location and every mod con. Will be back I’m sure. The door needs a number 1 on it as we tried to get it through the wooden door adjacent to the key holder.

We stayed here last year very clean property everything you need close to beach shops, pubs ,only thing we found property could do with is a gate at bottom of steps if you have a dog or small child otherwise excellent ,

Had to leave early due to hubby hurting his back but would highly recommend this apartment, perfect location near the sea and with everything you could need.

Apartment No 1 was a perfectly appointed holiday apartment for our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog!). It has absolutely everything you need for a real 'home away from home' feel. 2 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, pub (highly reccomend The Puffin Cafe for the best Breakfast in town and The Jube for drinks, lunch and dinner) and beach, we really couldn't have been happier. We will be returning again! Thank you Phil and family for a wonderful stay.

Apartment No 1 was a perfectly appointed holiday apartment for our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog!). We had a great stay in this apartment, wonderful location very near all amenities and very comfortable. Bed was very comfy, mattress had been replaced and was great. Only very slight criticism is the outside furniture needs replacing as wood tatty and rotten. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for right by the beach
Lovely ground floor apartment with some view of the beach from the patio. Table and chairs and growth of plants on the patio mean the photo is a little old but was perfect for us. A stones throw from the beach which is so good for watersports and the dog loved the beach. Would stay again.
