Frau Vanda made our stay wonderful. She is very charming and sweet. We love Jack 🐾 too

Nothing to like. We did not actually stay at this hotel as they claimed that there were no rooms available due to flooding. On arrival the receptionist claimed there was a "problem" and phoned someone (her boss?) who tried to explain the position. The receptionist spoke poor German and worse English - her boss was slightly better. We were given little help in finding alternative accommodation - a couple of hotel names, but no details. We eventually went to a B&B that we have used before (not on Booking.com) and had a good night. Talking to locals they claimed that there had been several previous complaints about Hotel Vanda.

Our treatment was poor. We never got to see the inside of the hotel so as to make a judgment on its quality. We never saw any guests and there were only 3 cars in the car park (staff?). Won't be using again in the future.

OK the hotel isn't great it would have been beautiful about 30 years ago but now not so much. Several of the group were bit by things. The restaurant and bar prices were the most expensive of the trip and we stayed in some other very nice hotels All together we felt ripped off. It's obvious the hotel needed funds and we where 6 cash pots who walked through the door

We were stuck in the traffic jam and arrived the hotel after midnight. I am very glad that the hotel left door open for us. The room is also spacious.

It was a very low.price, was just using it as a stopover on a long drive. The reception Lady was very friendly.

It was so noisy I couldn't sleep, the walls and windows/balcony doors are so thin/not sound insulated that you can hear everything the neighbours do, from talking to coughing to flushing toilets to snoring etc etc.Its the worst hotel night I've ever had.

Room was enormous with a dinning room and a balcony with a view to the mountains. Staff was very friendly and even welcomed us outside in the rain.

Sink and toilette were in separated divisions (which does not make much sense, when you use the bathroom and have to wash your hands in another place). Shower materials were old and rusty.
