I really liked the breakfast and the kitchen staff was very respectful and attentive

Be prepared to make your own bed. The breakfast is really poor. Just bread with butter and jam and horrible coffee. Overall the room is really uncomfortable and the sound isolation is terrible, I could hear my neighbour snoring

I didn’t realize this hostel don’t accept dogs. I’ll never step foot in this place. Not because they don’t accept animals but because they don’t respect them. Animals are pure beings. The way the lady acted once they discovered I had a dog with me was not human and insensitive. She kept talking asking me to leave. Very rude. The way people hate animals make me sick.

the location was good a coupe of minutes fro. the Loire, where there was live entertainment. the centre was 15 minutes walk). the staff were helpful and we had a secure place to store our bikes. breakfast was included, which makes the residence a great place to stay on a bike packing trip

We needed cheap accommodation close to the center with safe storage for our motorbikes. This place meant the ask, the accommodation is very basic and the lady was very friendly.

Breakfast is served out via a hatch, felt very school dinner asking for a bowl of cereal and juice. Better if it was a buffet style, pick what you want.

The location is at a walking distance from down town. The parking is free. I had a small variation trailer behind my car. This was not a problem.

No airco, No elevator and a very sober breakfast.

The person responsible in the morning behaved very rude. I was feeling much sick, it could be clearly seen, yet she was INFLEXIBLE TOTALLY RUDE to allow me to recline in bed for just a couple of hours more, no more. DESSAPOINTING RULES AND RUDE PERSON

Excellent breakfast, very kind staff, uncomplicated (late) check-in (and check-out in the morning), basic but well-organised, practical, and clean rooms, handy and secure parking in the inner yard. Hostel is right beside the old city and a stone throw from the Loire.

All good for a youth hostel and for a family of five after a long car trip.
