Debbie the host met us, was really friendly and accomodating of us turning up early

Prior to arrival Debbie was in contact with arrival instructions - met at the property and shown around - 2 night stay - and in our experience this is one of the highest standard of self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed in - lots of attention to detail including charging point for an electric car - very well equipped - exceedingly comfortable - both slept well - powerful shower - parking in front of property - well located being just a short downhill walk to Town Centre and Station - it really was a home from home - thank you

The property was immaculate. Absolutely everything you needed was provided. Very comfortable and top quality finish. Great location with easy access to Ilkley. Hosts Debbie and Mike very welcoming and available to help if needed.

Lovely apartment. We were lucky to stay over new year and still had Christmas decorations. Only a few mins walk into the town and near walking routes. Very welcoming, clean, TV with Netflix, Prime etc. was handy. Would definitely recommend, we are considering coming back again for a weekend over summer. Thanks to Debbie and Mike.

Has everything you would wish for in a holiday property: all modern facillities, immaculately maintained with safe parking in a quiet residential area minutes' walk from bars, places to eat and good variety of shops.

Great location Lovelly clean apartment

The apartment is well designed and practical accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The entrance on the ground floor is a very useful space for shoes and coats and also has a utility area with a washing machine. Stairs lead up to the living area/kitchen, pictures of which are very accurate although the space does seem larger than in the pictures. The bedroom has plenty of storage areas and a comfortable double bed. Good functional bathroom with shower. The parking space is directly outside the entrance door. Location excellent - only 5 minutes walk into town centre. Debbie and Mike met us on arrival and they were very helpful and welcoming.

The location was excellent - 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket; 3 minutes to town centre (Railway with 30 minute service to each of Leeds and Bradford) and to the stylish and impressive main street (The Grove). The apartment is modern, spacious and very well equipped. There is a good range of restaurants in the town. Ilkley is also well positioned as a gateway to the Yorkshire dales countryside. We took advantage of the short drive to Saltaire to see the brilliant David Hockney exhibition "A Year in Normandy".

The short access road to the apartment is very bumpy and uneven and care has to be taken in emerging into the street. But these are minor points compared to the positives.

it was a bit cold which would have been fine but the duvet was very thin so I had to bring in some blankets.

They had kindly decorated it for Christmas and left welcoming snacks much appreciated

The drive is tricky to see in the dark but they came out to meet us so not a problem
