We had a great weekend, the place was easy to find and a short drive to interstate. Only issue was not having any lightbulbs in the bedroom fan fixtures, but didn't really effect the stay at all. Would definitely stay again.

Clean basement level apartment. Very nice neighborhood within minutes intercity lake and neighborhood shopping and dining and public recreation b center with swimming pools. Got to park car off street 2 out of 4 nights. Quick access to I70. Night-long activity and squeaky flooring in above apartment is negative. Kitchen is equipped with minimum of utensils but microwave is super nice. Smart TV apps quit working last 24 hours of 4 night stay. Internet was very robust. Bathroom shower is very spacious. Ceiling fans in rooms is a plus. Did not use heating or cooling system due to mild weather

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to see a concert this week It was very clean and comfortable, and much more convenient than staying in a hotel!

It was really nice and exactly what we needed everything was easy for us! There was one bedroom with so many spiders we kept killing them and more would appear so i would spray! We just didn’t sleep in there. But other than that good experience!!

With multiple places to travel around the Denver area this was a great location to stay. Quiet residential neighborhood...very safe. Rental check in & out process was easy. Thank you for the stay.

This two bedroom basement apartment was nice. The only issues we had with the apartment is the bedrooms smelled musty. The other issue was that the exhaust hose for the air conditioner was not connected where it needed to be, thus adding heat to the apartment. We fixed the issue ourselves once we figured out what was happening.

Friends and I stayed at this VRBO for our Eras Tour weekend. The location was great! Only 10-14 minutes from the Broncos stadium. Getting in was easy and parking was available on the street. Before we got there we read that there was no AC in the unit so we brought a few fans from home. There was a swamp cooler in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Overall though it didn’t get too hot in the unit. I think it helps that it wasn’t too hot outside and it’s in the basement. Overall good location and spacious rooms!

The suite was great, good location and perfect for our trip. The only downside was one of the bedrooms got really hot at night even with the fan on but otherwise everything was great. Easy to use the door code and access unit, lots of parking available and quiet tenants upstairs. All round very glad I booked this place :)

Ok. Didn't know was a basement apartment and the bathroom stunk

Was disappointed the only toiletry in the shower was a used razor no shampoo no soap.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do. And it was nice that our son had his own space that he could go chill when he needed to. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were perfect for the family, however we did not know that it was a basement unit. You could definitely hear the people above us walking around, and they were pretty quiet after 10:00 p.m., but up and about around 6:00 a.m. All and all it was a good vacation.

Easy to access, plenty of room for two, comfortable outdoor area, great experience overall.

If only the outside of the property looks like the inside of the property. It was a decent location easy to get to every place that we wanted to visit.

This property is well located. We were easily able to get many places to visit; Red rocks, lookout mountain, butterfly pavilion as well as small town shopping and dining.

Came over or golf and Rockies game. Perfect for 3 guys

Enjoyed our stay.

I came here with my friend to hike for 4 days and catch a concert at RR. Everything we did is 15-45 minutes from here. The unit is nice, basic accommodations are provided. We didn’t cook, very basic kitchen utensils but we also stayed hiking all the time. The coffee maker had to be replaced during our stay but it was an easy fix. At that time they also provided fresh coffee and filters. The neighborhood is nice and “late night walkable” if you take the bus alone. All in all a good trip. The only thing that could’ve been better about being in the unit was a little more quiet in the wee hours. If you’re up before dawn, this is your place.

Was a comfortable property. Enjoyed the space and coolness od the lower level unit on a very hot day. Owner was very accommodating. Would stay again!

This was perfect for my needs. The interior property was very nice, clean, and more spacious than anticipated, and I felt it was priced very fair. Everything I used worked well and was well maintained (only missed a blower dryer since I was traveling light). Really a great place! Will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family. Thank you so much, it was wonderful.

The condo was clean and ready for us to stay. Owner gave us clear directions on getting into the place. My only complaint was when I was stripping the bed there were some stains on the mattress protector that made me a little uncomfortable, but the owners did have clean sheets on the bed for our stay.
