This place is super for first time skiiers or families. Easy walk to slopes. Beautiful location with views of ski lift and skiiers. Gorgeous creek with a small waterfall in front of property. This place is close to gem mine and grandfather mountain as well. Location is key. Great restauraunts and coffee close by. Suggestion please have liquid hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen and more toliet paper. One note outside of building needs work and is run down. We werent expecting that. Other than that 5 star forl ocation and coziness.

Great place to stay with great access to beginner ski slopes for my kids. Good space and well equipped for meals and family fun.

My husband and I and our two boys ages 10 and 12 stayed for three nights. Everything went smooth upon check in. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and was super close to the slopes. We walked down to the lift to ski every morning and we were able to walk back for lunch during the day in between rides. I highly recommend this property for your family. It was perfect for a family of four. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Kitchen was stocked beyond expectations With cookware and bakeware. The starter kit was very generous with laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets that lasted five days. All the furniture were comfortable and in excellent condition. The bed was firm enough for a bad back but still soft enough to snuggle in on cold winter days. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Overall, one of the best rentals I've stayed at for a ski in/out location at sugar mountain. I would definitely rent again for sugar mountain trips

The unit was clean, updated and met all our needs. Everything was communicated very well and efficient. It’s just a few yards walk to the easy slope at the base of the resort which is where we love to be. Will stay again

Very comfortable and met the needs of my husband and I gor celebrating his birthday. Especially live the nice bedding. A very convenient location. Unit was true to the website description. Common Area hallway leading to th unit could use some TLC though, but once inside you will love it. Only recommendation I have is to have written instructions for lighting the Gas Logs snd using the TV system.

Great location for a two bedroom condo. Our children ages 9 and 11 thoroughly enjoyed being so close to the ski resort each day. We enjoyed the big kitchen island with plenty of things to cook with. Very clean. The gas fireplace was enjoyable to use each night. The unit looks over the Easy Street ski slope. Although there are many steps to get down to the resort rentals and slopes as others had mentioned, to us it was well worth it given the location. We rented a locker at the resort each day to store our boots inside and then the ski equipment. For our children, this was their first-time snow skiing and was very convenient and fun to walked down to ski school early in the morning in the snow. Highly recommend. We will likely stay here again!!!

This unit was just as pictured, tastefully decorated and met our needs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the ski in ski out (even with hill to climb) worked well for us.
The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars were:
* Water pressure for the unit was less than normal (or what we were expecting) - not sure if it's an owner choice or just the way it is.
* With limited seating in the main room, the existing couch had little to no support and was not comfortable after a long day on the slopes.
Even with those minor negatives we would look to return here for future trips.

Cabin well-stocked, clean, and updated. Furnishings comfortable and clean. Really nice condo inside and out! Great location. Appreciate getting a surprise early checkin a couple of hours early although we didn’t arrive early.
Lock box to get key very difficult to use but figured it out after 5-10 minutes. We could not figure out fireplace to turn it on so that was a little disappointing but we didn’t ask for instructions.

This place was INCREDIBLE. I had high expectations due to the photos.. let me just say they were FAR exceeded. Extremely clean, the decor was beautiful, and the back porch was super roomy. Unfortunately, we only got to spend one night here, but I will absolutely be returning if I ever get the chance! Super comfy master bed, games to play, and many options on the television! I would recommend this place to anyone. I only regret that we weren't able to see snow! Also very convenient to surrounding cities!

We were in NC for our niece's wedding in August 2022 and it was beautiful. From the condo we could hear the babbling Creek below. The condo was well equipped with all necessities, clean and had a few basic items in the pantry. It was clean and updated with beautiful marble countertop, newer fridge and big master bed. We loved everything about our stay at Bee Branch 07 and would highly suggest anyone stay there!

We got to the rental at 8 am since we were snowboarding that day but check-in was not till 4. We tried to reach out to the owner about parking in the parking lot earlier and never heard a response. We also tried to get the keys earlier since we noticed the unit was empty and cleaned already but we once again got no response. The checkout was very easy and as soon as we clicked the check out button the cleaners showed up 2 minutes later. Even if the unit took 2 hours to clean and checkout is at 10, it was ready at 12 for the next guest. It would have been nice to get the keys earlier to unload everything and get settled in rather them having to wait till 4 for no reason. The place was very nice just as listed. Overall we had a great time thow.

This condo is perfect for skiing Sugar! It was very nicely renovated and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

First and foremost, this is NOT a ski in and ski out. It is a hike down and hike back with heavy equipment. Definitely not for kids!!!! We had to carry sneakers in our backpacks all day because it was impossible to navigate in ski boots.
The condo is a wonderfully anointed with regards to the decor but it disappointed in the more laborious tasks it required to stay here, for just 1 week. We had to buy EVERYTHING. I certainly hope the next guests were blessed with our basic housekeeping gifts - garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, hand soap, aside from personal groceries. I have done other vacation rentals which were much more accommodative and thorough in their amenities. And which did not require such a strict clean out requirement. We hardly made a mess. But to pay for a rental that doesn’t do the standard housekeeping service was disappointing. And being told on the fridge door what we don’t eat or open should be given to the housekeeping with a 10AM check out time (texted on the morning of!) was stressed for time and disheartening overall. Per the instructions, we didn’t know what was trash and what should we leave behind “for the housekeepers”. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ON MY VACATION?
The atmosphere was devotedly comfortable and relatively convenient by car. But the insulation was terrible and every conversation and boot walking up and down stairs that went by was heard by all.
I would hesitate to rent again when we were given so little and expected so much. Ski and ski out definitely need to be better explained.
