It was wonderful!!! The house was perfect mine and my brothers adult children and their spouses got to spend a wonderful week together. bedrooms afforded privacy while the common areas allowed them to play games, talk. and spend time together. Definitely coming

The house was clean, spacious, plenty of room for two families total of nine with our pets. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with great amenities close to both Ocean City and Assateague. The host is very responsive and also accommodating our needs.

The property was clean but that's where it starts to go down. There was only one towel per bed and one hand towel per room (total of 4). No washcloths, 1 large frying pan that looked of rust and other scratches, 1 sponge for the kitchen, no drying towel, no potholders for cooking. There was mold in the ceiling of the laundry room, that looks like it's been there for a while. I would not recommend this place for a large group. We had 11 Adults/Children and 2 babies under two.

Location was fabulous with good separation to allow breathing space if traveling with families. The 1st floor was perfect size for my daughter, her husband & 2 children to stay and have their own private space. The 2nd floor main living room also spacey enough for all of us with plenty of seating g to watch a movie together. 3rd floor bedrooms very spacious with very large master. However the carpet on the 3rd floor was very dirty with many stains. The bed in master were very uncomfortable due to broken bed frames we ended up sleeping in another room after 2 nights. The property manager Chris was willing to get new bed frames in but it would have taken a few days I’m sure he will be replacing soon. Also want to point out many stairs so if you have difficulty with stairs not the place for you. Other than that everything was great. Chris was always available to answer any questions in a timely manner & gave us fabulous restaurant recommendations.

Chris has been very responsive to any and all of our questions prior to checking in and during our stay. His unit is perfect for three generations of our family. Looking forward to coming back again next year.

The house was clean and neat. If stairs are a problem for you, this may not be a wise choice since the stairs are many and quite steep. However, the house had a lot of room. The best part of the vacation was the communication before and during the stay with the VRBO contact, Chris Harrison. His responses were quick and always with a kind and helpful tone. Thanks, Chris!!

Nice townhouse in gated golf community, bayside across from OCMD. Chris is very responsive and had good communication with us pre-travel and during our stay. It a lot of amenities, but in talking with Chris, kitchen items tend to walk. Golf course is outstanding. Community pool is very nice as alternative to the beach. Would consider returning.

My family and I had an Amazing stay at this Gorgeous Townhouse. The house was Immaculate, Clean, and Spacious for our 10 family members. The Host Chris was Courteous, Professional, Informative and responsive! We hope to visit this area again and it is our wish that we luck up with this townhouse availability in the future!

We achieved the goal that we as a family set out to do. We wanted a beautiful rental property that was big enough for our family with a pool and close to the beaches to start an annual family vacation now that our family is growing. Chris was very professional and accommodating during our whole process. We would definitely refer and rent this property again ourselves!

Nice house.
The house is big enough for two families to stay and enjoy their vacation. When I got there the house was very clean and smelled good, I brought some candles and air freshener in case, but I did not have to use them. My children and my sister’s children loved the house; the kitchen has enough accessories to cook a good meal if you wanted to. The only thing I did not see is an ion when I called the manager he said there’s none, no big deal I went to Walmart and bought one for $10, so if you like your clothes to look nice on you just like me get yourself one. The manager is very nice and he responded to my text very quickly. I will definitely book this place again for vacation if it is available.

Chris’s place was beautiful! Very spacious, clean and in a great location. Chris was an awesome host, very responsive and helpful if we needed anything. If you are a golfer or someone that loves the beach - this is the perfect spot!

Great experience! Beautiful grounds and lovely home.
This was one of my best VRBO experiences. The process was seamless and every question I had was answered by the owner within 24 hours. The house was so well maintained and more spacious than I imagined. Sometimes images can be deceiving, but in this case they were not. Great kitchen, ample living space, and such lovely grounds. 5 minutes to Ocean City which was a simple quick ride. I am thankful that the owner gave me his cell and answered any question I had quickly. 5 Stars!

Great location to the beach and great property. Pool was super nice. The community was very welcoming and safe. Chris answered any questions we had. Definitely plan on booking a vacation here next year with Chris again.

Awesome Stay!
I had an amazing stay at Glen Riddle.
The host was super responsive. Smooth and keyless check-in. The townhouse is absolutely beautiful and equipped with all your needs. Clean and very spacious home. Great location! Close to restaurants, Assateague Island, OC, and more. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was the perfect size, we had plenty of space and it is in a great location to get to both Ocean City and Assateague. Chris is incredibly responsive and really cares that you have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Ideal golf destination
Chris the owner is very responsive... property is ideally located by great restaurants & golf & the casino. Not far from the beach if that is your intended direction as well. We were a group of 8 and their were enough comfortable beds for all of us and plenty of parking. Even though it's an attached townhome. The neighboring families were all friendly and cordial as well.

Amazing House
The property was spacious and had everything we needed . We were close to everything. Dining, activities for the children, shopping, boardwalk/beach. Chris responded to all of my question quickly and was very kind. I will definitely book here again!

Quick Getaway
My husband and I decided to make at last minute trip to Ocean City with our two children, son-in-law and two grandkids. We scrambled and found this property, which met all of our requirements. Chris quickly responded to all our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

This VRBO not the best
Advertised for 10 people but only had plates , cups , and bowls for 8 and even less silverware. Told we would get 6 pool passes , had to ask proprietor for pool passes, got 2. Plenty of beds but cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
