Accogliente casetta con 3 camere da letto situata alla fine di una strada tranquilla. Una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini o adulti da soli. Goditi un caffè mentre sei seduto in una veranda protetta che si affaccia su una laguna.
Le spiagge di Kiawah non sono mai affollate e sempre pulite e belle.
Ci sono molti meravigliosi ristoranti sull'isola.
Speriamo che apprezzerai il nostro cottage tanto quanto noi! Pensiamo che sia il posto perfetto per essere!

The cottage is a quick walk to the beach, easily manageable for 4 kids ages 5 to 11. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking in. Convenient on site laundry. The beds were comfortable and the fluffy bath towels were a plus. We especially enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened porch.

My family and I loved our stay here. The house was adorable. Very will decorated for a beach vacation. With how close we were to the beach, we found ourselves going multiple times a day. We were also close to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary. Working with the host was a breeze.
10/10 would recommend!

Our trip was great and the house was perfect. We had some storms one day so we were allowed a late Sunday checkout and very much appreciate the owner's willingness to work with us on that!
The property is as described. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had many items that were needed to cook basic meals.
We would stay there again!

This is a very comfortable, beautifully appointed house. The beds and linens were very nice and the kitchen has everything our family needed. The ocean is a very short walk away. The homeowner was super responsive when the grill ran out of propane and had a new one delivered the next day. We loved our stay!

This was our favorite property we have ever rented on Kiawah Island! The location couldn’t be better, quite neighborhood, 1 block from the beach. Very accessible. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. Will definitely rent again!

The property is in the heart of Kiawah. The house is so quite and only a block from the private beach experience offered at Kiawah. We would stay here again. It was amazing.

Home was as advertised for a great price. Within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach nestled within a beautiful residential area. Easy in and out keyless access and the ownership communication was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely come back!

My husband 3yr old daughter and I spent four days here and loved it! The house is lovely nestled in among the trees and best part we could walk to the beach. We just booked another stay at this same house next month. Very highly recommend.

We stayed at West Beach for the recent Kiawah Marathon and had a great time! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a convenient walk to and from the start/finish line. It was also a really short walk to the beach. Samantha was accommodating & I highly recommend staying at this location

This was a great place for a family with small children. The house was well-stocked and clean! Very close to the boardwalk - easy walk.

We had a great time in the cottage. It's basically a block from the beach and easy bike ride with bikes we rented to bike all along the bike trails, many of which hug the golf course and gorgeous live oak lined trails. The home was perfect for us and just as described!

Cottage was perfect. Cottage had everything we needed, clean, and spacious. Less than 3 min walk to beach for a wonderful Kiawah experience. Samantha was prompt and responsive with clear and simple communication. Could not ask for a better experience. We will be back!!

Wonderful Stay
My college roommates and I were celebrating our birthdays with a weekend at Kiawah/Charleston. The cottage was perfect for us. It was spotless and well-appointed. Samantha communicated with us and was available for questions. I have saved her cottage so I can recommend it to friends. I live in Charleston, so I often have people asking me for recommendations. Oh, and it is so close to beach access too, but in a nice, quiet part of the island.

Perfection
In town for the Marathon. Perfect rental was very clean with everything you need incl comfy beds and updated furnishings. super easy walk to the beach. Located on quiet cup de sac. Safe for kids on bikes or throwing footbal around. Would totally stay here again for quick weekend OR week at the beach.

Excellent Property to Rent
Everything was wonderful about the property. Excellent location, Clean, well stocked etc.. Interaction with Property Manager was Top Notch. Loved the Screened in Porch and large Deck with the Table + Grill. Would definitely stay here again next year.
