Che casa meravigliosa situata proprio nel cuore di Woods Hole! Arroccata sul fianco di una collina, questa casa a 3 piani ha accesso al piano terra sia al primo che al secondo piano. Entrando nella porta principale si entra nel secondo piano e in un ampio spazio di vita aperto! Questa zona è perfetta per un caffè mattutino o per qualsiasi incontro con tutti gli amici e la famiglia che potresti visitare! Lo spazio rimanente su questo piano è riservato a camere da letto e bagni. Salendo le scale fino al 3 ° piano troverete 2 fantastiche camere da letto completate da un bagno padronale dotato di una sauna privata, un ottimo modo per iniziare o terminare la giornata! Tornando a casa da una lunga giornata esplorando tutta la zona ha da offrire questa casa ti offre tutti i comfort di casa tua, prepara un buon pasto fatto in casa da gustare con amici e familiari nella cucina del primo piano e nello spazio abitativo! Overall I think this property is ok. There was nothing "wrong" with our stay, but I would not rent this property again. The layout of the house is weird with a very small kitchen and TV located in the basement. The master bedroom does not have shades on the main A-frame windows and the glass is thin, so expect to be woken up by the birds and morning sun. I heard similar complaints about the other bedrooms. Decent and very quiet location and a good choice for those visiting the cape on a budget.

This home is walking distance (all within 15 min) to all the great things woods hole has to offer- shopping, dining, the ferry and some beautiful local beaches.
The home is full of character and is a spacious 5 bedrooms 2.5 baths, with a well appointed outdoor space that includes large decks with ample seating for dining and relaxing.
The home was clean and we were provided with more than enough towels linens and extra pillows etc to be more than comfortable for our stay.

We rented this house for a friends wedding in Woods Hole. The town and beach were walkable, we loved the back deck and barbequing in the bamboo forest. Everything was clean and well appointed. Would definitely rent again.

We had a difficult time getting the address because two different websites
Most of the bedrooms did not have a bedspread
Kitchen was disgusting
Family room had a dirty futon to sit on

Okay I never feel inclined to leave reviews but this one made me want to help other renters be totally aware of what they’re walking into. Overall, it held its purpose and I would recommend again for how cheap the property was. BUT:
- sauna did not work, after many attempts and google searches to figure it out
- spider webs and crumbs and dust everywhere. I feel like the cleaning crew just changes the sheets and empties the trashes and then calls it a day (showers had bugs in them)
- the pictures everywhere are honestly pretty creepy. Kind of felt like you’re in a horror movie at night, but in the daylight it’s significantly better
- there was no propane in the grill. The oven/stove didn’t work. If you stay here, plan on eating out the entirety of your trip, or come with your own propane tank.

Okay I never feel inclined to leave reviews but this one made me want to help other renters be totally aware of what they’re walking into. Overall, it held its purpose and I would recommend again for how cheap the property was. BUT:

Photos are beautiful. Step inside and try to figure out the smell. Comforters in closet smelled like never been washed. Had to go buy blankets. Kitchen in basement old and not user friendly. Bathrooms smell like cesspool. One TV in basement where the worst smell was. Never again will we book there.

Property management was really nice, but the property was nothing like I expected. First, I seen on the review the sauna wasn’t working and asked the owner if that was the still the case. The owner told me no it should still be working. When I got to the house, the sauna still wasn’t work. Not shocked, but pretty disappointed since that was one of my main attractions and reason for picking the house. Apparently the property owners knew about this, but the owner didn’t, some miscommunication. Second, the grill was out of propane and the oven wasn’t working, forcing me to order out the duration of my stay. The grill I realize Friday night, but didn’t think much of it and ordered pizza. I didn’t realize the oven wasn’t working until Saturday during lunch. The property manager offered to send someone out the next morning, but I was checking out. Third, the wifi provided doesn’t come up nor is it found when manually entered. Fourth, the outdoor bench broke while two kids were sitting on it and the other bench looks like it’s on the verge of breaking too. Overall the house is spacious and had a nice desk, but I was extremely disappointed that majority of the amenities did not work or were damaged or broken. There could definitely be some updating to the property.

Nice cute and spacious house
The place was mostly clean, just saw some spiderwebs but not too bad. Very spacious, with everything that we needed to cook and be comfortable in the house. The sauna didn't work and we were looking forward to using it. Also, one neighbor was very mean, came over screaming at us for noise at 830 pm. That was not pleasant. Overall the place is nice.
