The property was beautiful and the hot tub and pool felt amazing. This home is exactly like the pictures and the host was very accommodating with our check in and check out with all the children. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back again.

House was great with a great pool area. Couple of suggestions one of the bedrooms needs a mirror and the main bedroom closet needs coat hangers to hang closes. Best advise from owner was to bring bug spray- we really needed it round the pool.

We had an excellent vacation. The backyard was great with pool, hot tub, and large screened in porch. House had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Quick walk to the beach, which was never too crowded, with the provided wagon. Host responded quickly to any requests.

We spent Spring Break at this house, and it was perfect for our group of two families with small children. The location was amazing, and you can’t beat having a private pool. We will absolutely be back again.

Great location,, close to the beach and gas station. Enjoyed the pool. Had some issues with teh hot tub but the property manager was very responsive to fix issues. Property was not as clean as I would have liked but it was good enough.

Such a wonderful rental! The kids loved the pool and spa. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to the beach and some great restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful location to access a great family beach!

Family had a great time but when my sister went to remove the mattress topper to try to see why it was so uncomfortable she discovered a less than clean mattress. Hot tub and pool heater was down the whole 3 day trip so while reason I chose this house for a January trip was negated.

We took our family on vacation to Indian Rocks. We absolutely had a wonderful time! The house, pool and access to the beach was perfect. We will be back!

We had a fantastic time at Amber's place. The backyard was a little oasis and the house was very comfortable. We would love to come back. Only down side was that the hot tub would not get about 76 degrees which wouldn't be an issue normally but it was cold this year.

This sweet house was the perfect place for our family (grandparents/adult children & their children) the week before Christmas - despite weather turning very cold. The hot tub and pool were great once we figured out the remote control and inserted new batteries. Indoor spaces galore - including a screened in porch. The master suite was nicely isolated from the other bedrooms. Ample towels/linens/beach & pool toys. The two block walk to the beach was so easy for us, especially with the beach wagon that comes with the house. And a good bakery/coffee shop an easy walk away for adults needing time away!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very close the beach and great location. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The house is spacious and was clean. Had some minor issues at the beginning which the property manager took care of. Thank you so much!

Great location and wonderful house. My wife and her older sister had a getaway with their Dad and they had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and it is a great location. The only recommendation they had is that the bath towels need to be upgraded/replaced. They were a little "grungy"-- maybe time to replace. Small point-- but overall a great visit. Thank you.

What a wonderful find! The property is an oasis of relaxation. Really, no more than a 3min walk to the 25th street beach entrance if you can pull the kids out of the backyard pool. The property manager was communicative and polite. The whole thing was a turn-key experience we hope to revisit in the future.

Clean, stocked inside and out, and fantastic location! Would rent this again if we get back!

We could not have been happier with the house and the accommodations. Everything exceeded our expectations. House was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and came with lots of pool toys. Our kids loved the sup rental. Very quick walk to the beach. Closer than we expected. Owner was very quick to respond to any of our inquiries. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house in Indian Rocks Beach. The home is very convenient to the local beach(short walk) and it is also very easy to explore the neighboring beach towns. My boys loved the pool, especially when some storms caused a bit more seaweed then usual in the Gulf on a few days. The pool toys and beach gear provided were an added bonus. The house was well stocked and although we did not really cook much, there were plenty of glasses and dishes.

We enjoyed our stay it was just as the pictures showed. The location to the beach was excellent. The beds including the pillows were very comfortable. I missed having a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. we enjoyed the screened in porch along with the pool and hot tub in the backyard with extraordinary lighting in the evening. Having a cooler and wagon to take to the beach along with the beach chairs are a real bonus We recconend this VRBO

The furnishings were very comfortable, tidy, and as expected. There were no surprises. The description of the property were accurate to crossed Ts and dotted Is. The private pool was a feature that made the stay extremely functionally attractive. The proximity to the beach was excellent. What a pleasant stay.

We found a gem in IRB! Clean, cozy and close to the beach. The family enjoyed the pool in the backyard as well as being 1 block from the beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and the heated pool and hot tub were exceptional. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO house we have ever stayed in! The beds were comfy after a long day in the sun. The beach is just a couple minutes walk and not crowded! There are restaurants and a convenience store with in walking distance. Overall all great vacation in this beautiful house!
