It was very clean, and they did a great job of making me feel welcome while giving me my privacy as well.

The home was neat and clean and host had a yummy strawberry rhubarb crisp on the table waiting for us, along with a jar of rhubarb sauce. Delicious! Also appreciated condiments in the fridge. The only concern we had was the step up into the bathroom from the kitchen, and down again. We were 4 seniors and falls, especially during the night, were a concern. Bed pillows need upgrades We enjoyed the proximity to our Delhi area friends, grocery store, and eateries. Would definitely choose this vrbo for a future stay.

The guest house was exactly what we needed for a nice family getaway. The house was clean and everything worked which is always a great start! The host were amazing and help make the stay even more pleasant. Great location too near university, stores, and downtown.

The property was so nice, clean and amazing! The owner of the property was so nice and welcoming, and offered us if we wanted some asparagus from her garden and let us use their fire pit. In addition, the property is pretty close to town and a river which was a plus. But the overall experience was 10/10 and would return!

We had a family vacation and this was more then I could have excepted! Host was so welcoming and gracious! I felt like I was home! The house was beautiful and clean, there was even fresh bake homemade cake and jam waiting for us! Which was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be using this destination again!

Nice house with big kitchen, nice size living room and 4 bedrooms. It was very comfortable for our stay. Our host had rhubarb cake for us. A nice touch. Less than half a mile from supermarket, walgreens and McDonald's.

We enjoyed the space - plenty of room for the 4 of us. We weren’t there for long periods of the day but the nights were comfortable. The pantry was stocked with enough to last until you got to the store which is about a minute down the road. Owners were kind and left us a tasty zucchini bread from their garden.

Stayed here for a 4 day weekend for a wedding in Oneonta which is about 30 mins away. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is very simply decorated but has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The host are amazing, we were greeting with homemade rhubarb bread and they responded quickly to any inquiry. Their garden was amazing, they allowed us to enjoy strawberries, lettuce and onions that we picked ourselves. I have family in the area and would surly stay here again. I have nothing bad to say. The hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. The garden is wonderful. The property is centrally located in the town and very close to the grocery, and nearby river access. The guest house itself is sparsely furnished, but has large opening kitchen and living room.

With four bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, and location very close to grocery store and pizza shop, this is an excellent, clean alternative to staying at a hotel if visiting Delhi.
