It was fine

The young man at the reception was nice and helpful, but the slightly older guy was very rude both to us and his colleague. He was annoyed because we did not speak German and because we wanted to pay with a Danish visa card which is valid everywhere. Not a good welcome and not OK to treat a younger colleague that way

My rating is mostly related to the fact it was super cold in the room and no option to increase the temperature. So as a result got a flue . No irons in the hotel so it isn't a best option for a business tripp. Apart from that all was good.

Very close to the train station. Spacious room and bathroom. You even get some candy sheep to help you falling asleep in the night.

The window sills inside the room were a bit dusty.

Nice, clean room. Well heated. Big bathroom. TV, Internet, central location.

A walk from the main station

uncomfortable beds, no fridge, unwelcoming staff, dirty rooms, unmaintained facility with broken windows, dirty walls, old paint, no air conditioning nor a fan in our room. By far the worst experience we’ve ever had. ANDDD it is not even rated as a hotel yet it is listed here in booking.com as one!! this is very deceptive

Very nice hotel for a sleepover on the way - placed right in the city center, so all sorts of stuff right out the door of the hotel. Rooms nice size and beds comfortable.

Great location, only 2 min. walk to the train station and 3 min. walk to the city center. Nice environment, nice staff. Will choose to stay again.

WiFi speed was very bad. It ask login in every hour. No cleaning daily. Small rooms. No coffee machine in room No electric catle. No other facility. It's just room.

Easy after-hours check-in with the machine. Clean room and a comfortable bed. Parking available both in the garage or on the street just in front.

Location & staff where superb. Friendly check in & check out, cheerfull and lovely lady helping us. Room was beautifull and clean.

The pillows are hell. Nothing to make of it. Used the blanket as a pillow. Husband hated the bed, to hard. We had party makers on our floor, 3 am still no silence.

We couldn't use the secure parking which meant we had to take everything or of the vehicle and up to the room

The staff were very friendly, the location is pretty good and 6€ for parking fee underground is very fair.

The pillows were super uncomfortable, the mattress was hard to sleep on and the curtains didn't block the morning sun.
