This is my first experiencing using this platform and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the little gem that I found! Those two bedroom two bath townhome is absolutely perfect. Perfect size perfectly furnished feels like home great neighborhood very clean outdoors and indoors! The beds were very comfortable and the couch was fantastic for lounging and watching Netflix! The host was fantastic. Very accommodating check-in was easy. I don’t think you could ask for a better stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is a little small (about 600 sqft) and old. However, everything just worked as expected! The owner put a lot of effort to make it a cozy place just like your own home. We totally enjoyed our short stay and will definitely come back in the future!

This place is exactly what my mom (76), sister (50), and I (44) needed for our lodging for a wedding we were attending. The condo has everything we needed and was very clean! Many stores and restaurants a short drive or walk away. Be aware it's located on a busier road so there was traffic noise if that's something that matters to you. Todd was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again!

Clean, convenient and comfortable.

I booked this place for me and my husband and we decided to stay a whole week. I was on a work trip to speak at an event at Fresno State. My husband came with me and worked remotely in the apartment for a few days while I was busy at CSU. He said it was a great setup to work in the apartment. The unit had the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO I have ever stayed in. There was everything you could need, and it was all in great shape (which is not always the case). The host also provided some foods for breakfast, like Pop Tarts, granola bars, eggs, and bagels. There's a great selection of teas and some coffee already there. There is a Trader Joe's nearby to pick up anything else you need. The apartment is within minutes of Old Town Clovis, with a couple of coffee roasters and some restaurants. There is also a great brewery not too far away called Crow& Wolf--it's really good. The other bonus is that you can walk out the front door of the apartment and get to the Old Town Clovis rail trail within 10 minutes. My husband and I went for runs/walks several times while we were there and it was just so accessible. After I was done at CSU, we spent our extra days making day trips to Yosemite and Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks. The location is perfect!

Cozy, convenient and just what our family needed. We were comfortable and able to relax and enjoy our time. Even had a Christmas tree set up for the holidays! Definitely would stay here again. Great communication with the host.

Perfect place to get some R&R after a weekend camping in the nearby national parks. Comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for meals/showers/sleep/etc. Would absolutely stay there again if we're back in the area.

The property is perfect for a short stay. Very clean and cozy. From the picture I assumed the townhome faced the pool but if faces the street. I think the pool is next door. But overall the place is a good stay with comfy small spaces and wonderful bedrooms upstairs.

Used the apartment for a stay for work/swim meet. Centrally located, clean, and easy parking.

This nicely decorated and equipped space was perfect for our time as a family visiting the national parks and the coast. We used Fresno as a base and drove 1-2 hours per day. Place was clean. Pool was ready to swim in. Laundry space in the development was adequate. Area seems like a safe working class neighborhood. Centrally located and convenient to gas stations, shopping & the airport. Met our needs. Did have an odor but host said CA does not allow ozone machines to attempt to professionally eliminate smells. Did not bother my son, but my husband and I were a bit put off by it. Host was extremely accommodating and helpful.

It was a well maintained space and the beds were the most comfortable. Yes the stairs are a little steep, if you have difficulty this may not be the place for you but I felt so comfortable staying here.

I liked all the additional things that didn’t have to be avail -like condiments and snacks

A very clean, cute place. Only slight issue is the steepness of the stairs for older guests. Host had so many food helps so we didnt have to go out for every meal. Location was convenient for our planned activities. Host was super respnnsive to inquieries. Thanks so much for making our visit so pleasant.

This listing was very easy to locate and self check in was a breeze. The home was extremely clean and had so many thoughtful touches that were very accommodating. If in the area again i will definitely look to book this location again.

We stayed here last May so knew how convenient the location is to relatives and the Old Towne area. One thing I noticed this visit was how comfortable the mattress was to sleep on. We'd definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! Everything was super easy, clean and the check in process and communication with Todd made it all that much better. Perfect spot to stay to drop your child off at college or for any reason!

As we pulled up on front, I noticed the well manicured property. The owner communicated very well how to get in and upon opening the door, I could tell this would feel like home. It was clean and well decorated. The beds were amazingly comfortable. I appreciated the little things such as extra pillows, blankets, games, basic food items in the fridge, pool towels, a styrofoam cooler, and a foot massager. Chocolate was in each room. Breakfast was poptarts, oatmeal, eggs, packaged danishes or packaged pound cake. The pool was clean and 2 units down. Very nice!

It seems they didn’t clean the bedsheet before we come. My hair and clothes smells.

Great location for us to visit family, property was exactly as described. Not a negative but I would share that the stairs to the bedrooms are steeper than we're used to. Unfortunately for us we are 'old school ' tech and couldn't figure out the thermostat so we relied on open windows and fans which was plenty adequate for our stay. Overall a fantastic place for us and would definitely stay here again!

Was the perfect getaway home for our family. Host was very communicative and helpful before our trip. Check in was easy. Place was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay again if and when we come back to the area.

It was close to my mom's place. Had nicearteork.bed is very soft in one room. Extra food is available in refrigerator and cabinets. Todd was available via mail for questions.
