We were very happy with the home, its lication and accomodations. Mike was a wonderful host. The AC was perfect on a 90+ day, everything was clean and well stocked. We hope to come again! Thanks Mike for your extra attention to details!

Seven cousins traveled to Frankenmuth for a retreat and birthday celebration. The house was everything VRBO said it would be and our host Mike was amazing! I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Frankenmuth area.

From the ease of finding and booking to locking the door when we left, nothing but good times. Our host Mike, and his son Eliot were extremely helpful. The house was perfect for our group of eight and an easy walk to everything in town. We'll definitely be visiting again

Remodeled older building with up to date appliances, comfortable beds and many kitchen necessities all available. Fans and space heaters to adjust temperature of rooms and home. Plentiful towels, blankets, and paper towel and TP! Very accommodating host with great communication. Very close to downtown, short walk! There are some closets with extra space. Hot tub has a cover that is heavy to move. Great stay and we would book again!

Stayed with friends for girls weekend. Super close to restaurants and shops in town. House was cozy and beautiful. Will definitely be back.

I booked a friends hang out weekend and honestly the property was great. The place felt so homey and the property manager was so helpful when we had questions. This is the perfect location to stay when traveling to frankenmuth. Not too far from anything and most things were within walking distance. Definitely will want to stay at this location again and highly recommend it.

We had an excellent time for our girls trip. The house was exactly as listed and a nice layout for a group. Easy walking distance to downtown.

We used this property for our Team Strategic Planning Session. The privacy for individuals with the bathrooms in bedrooms was ideal and the comfy living room was great for our team discussions and projecting information. Mike was easy to work with and responded to any needs we had. Would highly recommend it.

Our stay here was great! The house was great, clean and as pictured. The location was perfect, short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Property manager was great to work with, responded quickly to any concerns. Will defiantly stay again.

Need to have a getaway in this town? This is a fabulous place to do it. Our host was friendly and awesome to deal with. Walking distance to so much. And the most comfy of beds! We would return in a heartbeat.

We love this house in Frankenmuth! We stayed in October 2023, we are returning in December with the family and it will serve as the “Bride gets ready” house. The house has everything. A full kitchen and grill with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable and three bedrooms are on-suites. Additionally a large bath to accommodate the house. There is a large living room and kitchen area. We did not try the hot tub on our first visit, but plan to on our second. There is a large deck and grilling area in the back. This house is located in walking distance of everything in Frankenmuth. Our family meets in Frankenmuth four times a year and this is so much better than renting hotel rooms. We have found our new home away from home.

We were able to have our family all together in this beautiful home for the Thanksgiving holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone and close to town. We will definitely be back!

House was so cozy. A nice open area for us to gather and hang out together. Located a block from all the shops and restaurants. Hot tub was so relaxing after a day of walking and shopping. Comfortable beds, and well equipped with coffees, linens, everything we needed was there. Host was super!

We were in town for a family funeral. Staying at this property provided us with a great place to decompress and have special time with our adult Children.

Great house within walking distance to the main downtown area and the library across the street was wonderful for the kids. The home had a lot of nice amenities with lots of space and many bathrooms- all updated. Nice place to stay for families.

A group of 7 friends stayed in this house and really enjoyed it. It is very close to town and a very short (5 minute drive) to Krogers. The hosts father checked us in. Communication was great and prompt check in easy and checkout easy as well. We loved it. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms the other 2 use the common bathroom in the hall. Plenty of hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen but no shampoo or separate shower soap. Not a problem for us as we always bring our own. Just something to note. Our en suite bathroom did not have a door to separate from the bedroom (maybe a curtain would have been nice) but I got used to that. There was no Kleenex but that was about the only thing missing. This house was equipped with everything else we needed. We will be back if we are up that way again

We loved this house and the location. We had a great time and plan on coming back.

So glad we decided to stay in a house and not a hotel for the Summer Music Fest! This place was very quaint, plenty of space with comfy beds. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the carriages go by and going in the hot tub after a long day of walking around. Kramer and Mike were very easy to work with!! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our three generations enjoyed a relaxing, wonderful three days at your beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The grandkids loved the hot tub and bicycling around the Frankenmuth area. Our host, Mike, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our short stay. We would all love to return!

A very clean house conveniently located about 2 blocks from downtown Frankenmuth. 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and a nice living room with a tv. I would highly recommend this place!

We booked this trip back in December 2022 for a fun weekend away, 10 of us girls, shopping, dancing, playing games and getting much needed time away. The place was better then expected, clean, roomy, comfy, and everything was there that we needed. It’s very hard to please everyone on a trip like this, but all 10 of us felt the beds & pillows were excellent, and we slept great. You will NOT be disappointed if you book this house. The host was awesome and was there to welcome us within 30 minutes of us getting there to make sure we didn’t have any questions and so we would know how to get in touch with him if we needed anything. LOVED THIS PLACE!

We all absolutely loved our stay here! The neighborhood is quiet, but you can walk to all the shops and restaurants in the main tourist area and then relax in the hot tub. All of us had our own rooms with plenty of space and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! We all commented on how good we slept. The house is older, but the remodel has preserved the charm while providing for modern amenities. The pictures do not do this house justice! Owner and caretakers are friendly and responsive-we felt like welcome extended family. This is one of the best and I would look to stay here first if returning to Frankenmuth.
