We had a wonderful week at Picadilly Perch. As other reviews state this vrbo has everything, all of the little details that make a difference! Dana and Pam have thought of all the conveniences! The home itself was spotless, roomy, pool table was great, and the sunsets were beautiful. Great views! We loved the location and the quiet away from busy Gatlinburg.
We had one glitch with the gas grill (tank was empty) but texted Pam and had an easy fix (and functioning grill) within 10 minutes.
Also be aware the pools can get quite busy but that's to be expected on a busy holiday week I think.
Would highly recommend, we loved it!!

The home was absolutely perfect! It met my family's needs and expectations. We did encounter a weather event that was a bit scary and definitely made for an adventure. The property owner, Dana, was extremely attentive during the inclement weather. Pam, the property manager, was super concerned about our well being. Pam was an exceptional communicator during the weather event and made certain to check in with us several times to ensure we were secure and comfortable as well as providing maintenance to the fire alarms.
We have been coming to Gatlinburg for years and never experienced a wind storm of this caliber. Even through the crazy weather, we absolutely enjoyed our time and would definitely revisit this amazing property! Thank you Dana and Pam!

We loved the stayed in this cabin. Pictures do not do justice to how pretty and clean it is in person.
We enjoyed the views every morning with coffee on hand and evenings playing pool or watching TV by the fireplace.
My husband will wake up early every morning to go on "BEAR WATCH" it it did payed off!!! Just on the second day we saw not one but five bears, and one of them even came to the front porch attracted by the smell of the bbq we had cook just the night before.
Communication with the owner was great, she called us a few days before our trip, and gave us helpful information on the area, bears and answered every question we had.
The cabin is equipped with everything you might need for your stay, just bring food and company.

The cabin was amazing. The rooms were very nice. A little out of the way for our taste but the views made the drive into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge worth it.

This property is amazing! Highly recommended to anyone wanting the perfect Gatlinburg experience. Beautiful mountain views and the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! The cabin is super clean, and has everything you need. The owner was so sweet, and personally called me to answer some of my questions since this was our first time in Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back!🥰

We stayed at this absolute gem for an annual girls trip with college friends. We were blown away by the attention to detail - from the starter coffee and snacks, board game selection, perfect mountain home decor, down to the q-tips and cotton balls in the bathrooms - every possible need was foreseen and met! The beds were divine, and the views from the balcony were nothing short of stunning. The pictures simply can’t do this home justice. Could not recommend it more highly - thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

We enjoyed this OUTSTANDING view! And the cabin is conveniently located to several great restaurants and a Food City on East Parkway with just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. This host has thought of everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed from the well stocked kitchen to sleep machines and extra power strip outlets in the bedrooms! And all the couches, chairs, beds are very comfortable (and I slept in a sleeper sofa bed.) Pam has thought of every detail to make your stay luxurious. Thanks for sharing it with us…we hope it’s available next time we come!

This cabin is probably the nicest one we’ve visited in the Gatlinburg area. Very well decorated and clean. The views are amazing. We lost power for several hours during a big cold front that moved in. The manger and the owners stayed in contact making sure we were ok and were able to stay warm while the power was out. Our family will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great about the property. The floorplan was perfect with the pool table downstairs and TV to watch with two bedrooms and then the upstairs bedroom away from all the hoopla. Beautiful views my only issue which is not that big of an issue was the proximity of the other properties around the home and the house is being built facing the home. But my brother lives so close just down the road and Piccadilly at the bend so we got to walk back-and-forth to them which was nice. We’ve been coming to Cobbly nob for over 20 years often on for Thanksgiving I used to have relatives that lived on the mountain and my mom and stepdad had a property walking distance from this property they lived as a second home. I love that it’s far enough away but close enough to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. I sometimes do runs when I stay on the mountain and I love the golf course below in the early mornings in the geese in the sceneries beautiful. We always do a hike there’s always a great place fairly close. Will definitely be back to the mountain not next Thanksgiving but possibly the next. Thank you for making it great we had all of the cooking materials needed for Thanksgiving as well.

Absolutely stunning property! I have stayed at quite a few rental homes and none have had a view like this one. My mom, best friend and I came to explore the Gatlinburg and Great Smokey Mountain National Park area and had a blast! We saw a mama bear with her 3 cubs at the park and it was simply amazing. The park and town are all close by maybe about 30 minutes. The home itself was cozy, well decorated, and the owner supplied lots of blankets, towels, kitchen supplies, and board games, etc. The beds and pillows were comfy, the internet was great, the pool table and hottub were wonderful. Oh and did I mention the views? GORGEOUS!

This year my family wanted to escape the Texas heat, so we planned a trip to Gatlinburg. as the Smokey Mtns. seemed like a nice reprieve. I looked at many places to stay, and Picadilly Perch was the perfect cabin! This cabin is beautiful, tastefully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. The view of the Smokey Mtns. from the main deck is breathtaking! The downstairs portion of the cabin was perfect for my adult children, complete with a pool table and big screen TV. The hot tub on the lower deck was wonderful for relaxing in the evening after a day of hiking. Pam was the perfect host, quick to respond to any questions before our arrival, made sure the cabin was in perfect order upon our arrival, and even allowed us to check in a little early as we arrived sooner than anticipated. Pam is a true gem! On our last morning we got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs just outside our cabin as they wandered down the street. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely stay at Picadilly Perch again!

Pam was a great property manager. She let us check in early to beat the snow storm and called to make sure we were safe with extra food. Place was extremely cleaned and ready to rent. We accidentally forgot to latch the hot tub lid, Pam was super nice and got in touch with us to notify us without a attitude. Would recommend a stay!

We LOVED this cabin! It was exactly as the listing described. The views were incredible. My husband and I traveled with my dad, our 2 grown daughters, and 2 other adults. We had to use the 2 sofa beds, but there was plenty of room for everyone. and plenty of bathroom space. The property was incredibly clean and absolutely beautiful. Pam was so easy to work with. She called to let us know that the cabin was ready early on check-in day. I had to call her one day with a tripped breaker, and she helped me fix it super fast. I would definitely recommend this property!
