Ocean View Home with Beach 1 Block from Pier with direct beach access!
Easy Livin è l'ospite preferito anno dopo anno. È un cottage tradizionale in un'ottima posizione sul lato ovest di Sunset Beach, proprio all'angolo tra West Main e la 28th Street. L'accesso alla spiaggia è dall'altra parte della strada, ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal molo. Questo cottage 4BR / 2BA può ospitare 9 con la seguente configurazione del letto: K, Q, D / S, 2S. Le camere da letto fiancheggiano entrambi i lati della zona giorno e pranzo comune. I bagni sono accessibili da ciascuna delle due camere da letto che li condividono. La cucina completamente attrezzata è stata rinnovata nel 2015. Il bagno che confina con la camera da letto principale è stato completamente aggiornato nel 2019 con una grande doccia. Altri servizi includono 5 TV via cavo, DVD / stereo e Internet ad alta velocità e macchina per il caffè Keurig. C'è una terrazza coperta e veranda coperta protetta, oltre a una grande doccia esterna.

Perfect place for a family. The kitchen was very well stocked. Quick distance to the beach, pier, and shops.

Touchless check in/out was very easy. Never had any issues or any engagement with management team. Surprised to see towels and sheets in the house, as many NC beach rentals don’t come with them. Path to the beach is right across the street. One block from pier, small market and coffee. Small house that was more than the 2 of us needed, but it was great for the weekend. Construction next door was loud a few times, but we didn’t spend much time during the day at the house. Overall, a very nice stay.

The location of the house is fabulous! Only a block from the beach in beautiful Sunset Beach. The area is lovely, very quiet, and family-centered. Great place to bike and enjoy the kids. The home is set up nicely, with 4 bedrooms off the main living space. The only downside is that it is pretty musty and not well cleaned. My toddler’s knees and feet were sooty day one. Several of the drawer spaces are filled with “leftover stuff” and minimized areas to use. There was no BBQ grill that we were aware of and that would have been nice. Easy in and out, and great memories with family. I would definitely stay at Sunset Beach again, just maybe not in August!

Work Vacation
Enjoyed our stay but never got sent a door code to access property, message properly manger several times with no response, finally got up with a maintenance guy and was able to access property.

Nice stay!
Property was as described - very roomy for 6 adults. Location was great, especially with beach access right across the street. We would love to return someday. We did need to provide our own linens/towels, and also handsoap/papertowels/ and trash bags, so make sure you pack things like that. Otherwise it was perfect!

Short beach trip
Great location! Could have used a little better dusting. For summer rentals, it would be nice to have a washer/ dryer there. Overall, a very nice beach cottage.

Everything was great, only wish the laundry key would have been left inside the property. We never made it to the reality office tonn BM pick up the key. But no complaints. Would love to come back again. Thank you for wonderful stay!

No whammy’s please
The property was great and great location easy access to the beach it’s just our luck we pick the week with the gas shortage and a little cooler climate than we were expecting not to take away from the property though. it was excellent. we still had a great time

Mobile all I was very pleased with the home we rented it was very clean and beautiful home. The location Was Very good. I was on satisfy . There were no sheets for the bed no pillowcase . No towels to dry off with after shower.

Great location!
Kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed some home cooked meals. Also loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. I was however disapointed to learn that linens and towels were not provided. It was not clearly started on the VRBO listing and one has to go to their website to find that out. I appreciated the quick response from the after hours contact. The place was also a little dusty.

The extra beach toys came in handy for the kids. Very comfortable living space that allowed us to be together without being on top of each other. Only one "hiccup": We could only get one of the bedroom TVs to work. The other three didn't work for us. (FYI: we didn't ask the property management company for any assistance with this).

Fabulous beach trip
Your house was fabulous and exactly what we needed to relax for a while. While there were a few little hiccups, they were taken care of by the realty staff and never even caused a bump in our road for the week. I did forget to mention to the realty company that the house smelled a little like wet dog only in the kitchen when we first arrived but eventually dissipated after a day.

Overall we were pleased. I would recommend that the cleaning crew take their time. We found a ball of someone else's hair on the floor.

The house was beautiful and everything furnished
Good location. The kitchen was well stocked. baathrooms was nice. All inn all it was a very good vacation.
