We have been coming to Provincetown for 6 years, and this is our most favorite place we have stayed at yet. The waterfront beach access is gorgeous, the house is so nice, 3 bathrooms is a rare find, and the host was super great to work with, was very responsive, and helped us out getting supplies/items above and beyond what is expected from a property rental. Highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for a lovely stay at your home. The location is idyllic in the West End - quiet but an easy walk or bike ride to the bustling downtown area. The porch's direct access to the beach is perfect for our son, who spent each morning collecting shells and so much sea glass!!! The home itself is laid out nicely and each bedroom being en suite is ideal. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy. We would love to return.

My partner and I, along with 2 other couples, had a lovely week in Provincetown at Bill's property right on the beach in the heart of the west end of Provincetown. We have all been coming to Ptown for years and this is now one of our new favorite places to stay. We all had bikes that allowed us to get around town, but most places are a very short walk down commercial street at most. The house was spacious and perfect for 3 couples to spread out when necessary, but also come together to socialize. The deck which was steps to the beach was perfect and we spent several days there using the grill and enjoying the water right at the bottom of the stairs. Bill was very responsive leading up to our trip and extremely helpful with everything we needed to make our stay exactly what we needed. We will definitely book again!

Very nice, updated property - great for weekend away!

If you're lucky enough to stay here, you won't be disappointed! The property is immaculate, light and airy. The finishes and appointments five star. We are big cooks and you'll have everything you need in the kitchen. The host was very responsive yet completely unobtrusive. We wanted a quiet and quaint location and this was above and beyond our expectations. Our next trip is already booked!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The house is well laid out for 2 or 3 couples. You can’t beat the view especially from the roof deck. Walking into town was super easy, sunset at Race point was beautiful and breakfast on the deck our final morning. Bill is a great host. We will definitely return.

we had a wonderful week in provincetown, and this was a comfortable, central home base. if you book the property, be sure to have all guests carefully review the instruction materials, as the owners run a tight ship and are used to having repeat guests who are familiar with the listing.

We enjoyed our stay at Bill’s beach front property. The walk into town wasnt too far and we liked having our own beach front to relax on, making this a quiet ideal getaway. When we wanted more action we walked into town. The house was clean, bright, and had everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and having an ability to open the windows for breeze at night, was nice. It could be somewhat noisy in the morning with passerby’s but nothing that couldn’t be muffled with a noise machine. Although our larger SUVs didn’t fit in the parking space provided, the additional parking lot pass worked out well. There were a couple things we needed help with and Bill was very responsive. We will definitely seek to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It was the cutest property with the kindest owners who were available if we had any questions or concerns! Walking distance to a lot in the area too! We would definitely stay here again!

Place is very cozy with beautiful water views on balcony. Easy to communicate with owner, would stay again.

We were 3 couples, amenities were ideal and the living space was really cosy and well designed. The only disappointment was the cleanliness (even more annoying during covid...). A tumble full of tea was abandoned on the counter, bread/cake crumbs were left on the tables, we had to clean the fridge and the kitchen as it was all sticky and dirty. At 9:45am the day we left as we were putting bags in the car, the cleaning lady was already hanging around at the door, waiting for us to leave... We found that behavior really rude, especially regarding the cleanliness of the apartment when we arrived.

Had a wonderful time this weekend in our home away from home. Everything we needed at our finger tips- bonus the view and sunset. We will absolutely return. Thank you.!

With the coronavirus pandemic putting a damper on pretty much everything, we didn't want to fully abandon our annual Holly Folly weekend - it has launched us into the Christmas season for nearly 15 years. There were just three of us this year, and this property fit us perfectly (actually...we had a bedroom to spare!) We were able to squeak in some shopping, a nice igloo dinner at Liz's, and then we hunkered down for a day of mulled wine, cookie baking, snacking, cocktailing, and holiday movie watching. The full kitchen and open living area (with toasty fire place) was perfect. (The kitchen has all the basics - bring your own specialty stuff.) Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom were more than we needed - but we could easily envision how well that would work for a larger gathering once larger gatherings are a thing again. Beautiful West End location, and great water views from the back deck or roof. Communication with the owner in advance was easy, friendly, and helpful. No issues - would stay again!

In an effort to 1) get out of the house 2) see some natural beauty and 3) reconnect with old haunts and friends, I splurged and booked a short stay here. Figuring out the parking and the door lock initially tripped me up a bit! But William and Rick were incredibly responsive and helpful in getting me situated. The spot is within walking distance of all of the buzz of Ptown, but almost feels worlds away from it. Gorgeous back ‘yard’... I wish the temps had been just a. Little warmer to take it in. I imagine the roof top balcony would be amazing ... but colder temps and a bigger set up hips (mine) made me hesitant to navigate the spiral staircase! It was a very comfortable home away from home. TVs and fuller cable in each bedroom... 3 bathrooms... nice linens. Decently comfortable bed- at least the one I used! It was me traveling solo... but I could see easily sharing with a group! Favorite memory... arriving the first night and having a neighbor singing his heart out ... lovely voice. Not in any way a disturbance, just reminiscent of being in a good piano bar while I was standing outside of the house. I felt like I had just started to settle in when it was time to leave. If I could afford it, I would have loved to have worked ‘from home’ there for a month!

The owner was really nice and helpful throughout out stay. My friends and I all agreed we would rent this house again every year!

Very helpful owners

We stayed here for a week in July and had a fantastic time. We were't sure what to expect in Ptown during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it was still such a fun place with great food and great people. We were so thankful to be staying here this year because the house is right on the water so everyday we could go out and lay on the waterfront deck and essentially had our own private beach area. It was beautiful and super convenient. We also used the beach for a surprise proposal between two of our friends and it was the perfect setting!! The house was very clean, they really made sure everything felt ok during the pandemic. Both owners were extremely nice and accommodating. All three bedrooms had bathrooms in them so it gave us a hotel feel while still being able to have common space in the open living room/kitchen area. We had a 1 year old staying for a few nights and him and his parents stayed in the bigger bedroom downstairs and had plenty of room even with his portable crib. We loved staying farther down Commercial St so that it was quiet and peaceful, but we could easily walk into town whenever we wanted. Also, we were steps away from Sal's restaurant which I highly recommend it was our best meal of the week! We would absolutely stay here again, we absolutely loved it.
