Spent some time with daughter" 3 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. It was great but I think my great grandchildren are possessed by the devil.

Great will definitely be booking again next holiday

house contains every thing needed for the stay. I love staying in the chicken coup.

I am not typically one to leave a review, but I felt this property warranted one. Had an issue with the lockbox upon arrival, ultimately our own fault, but it took us 30 minutes to contact the property manager to resolve the issue. House felt old, mostly put together from odds and ends and dollar store finds. Did not seem well taken care of or upkept. Shower had cracked, dirty seals/tiles. Kitchen utensils were mismatched, and some dirty. Fridge upon arrival was not cold enough for proper food storage (49 F), took approximately 7 hours to come to a safe temperature. Found a ROACH alive in the doorway of the bedroom on 2nd to last night. Ultimately, if not for the roach, I would be able to call this a cheap, affordable place to stay. The property however needs some considerable repair though, in some of the areas described above. Would also be nice to have a few basic amenities included such as an extra roll of toilet paper (1, single ply roll was included), or some hand soap to wash up with.

The property was very suitable for our needs. We had a little issue with the A/C on our first day but a maintenance guy and HVAC person checked things out and we had AC the remainder of our stay. It is very centrally located and both beaches we simply beautiful. The listing for this property was accurate. It was quaint and decorated nicely.

Hose to air conditioner in bedroom was disconnected, blowing hot air to come in. Need better lighting in living room.

Great little cottage near the beach, while small my husband and our two daughters had enough room for our week stay. I will say it only has two a/cs to keep it cool and this time of year by the afternoon it was somewhat warm but it was bearable and it was very hot outside. I have no complaints about the property and would definitely stay again 😊

Nice little place for a weekend getaway. I can't imagine six people staying in such a space but it was perfect for this couple and could have been comfortable for maybe two more. Convenient to everything we planned and to everything we needed.

My family and I enjoyed this quaint little cottage tremendously. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the screened-in front porch and the close proximity to the beach. We truly felt at home! With linens and cleaning included, we were impressed with the price. We already have another week booked for the summer and cannot wait. Gloria was fabulous to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. We were perfectly happy with the stay, but I do think it fair to share some things for future renters to help prepare for their stay. The house is very small and tight to get around. There is not a kitchen table, but there are two bar stools at the back of the island. There was what looked like a round table folded on the back deck, but I think that the top to it was maybe tucked in somewhere on the front porch. There are two chairs on the front porch that have cushions but no actual seat in them. We found out when my daughter sat on the cushion and her bottom fell through. Quite a surprise! The refrigerator ice maker did not work during our stay, but there were three ice trays provided. There was not a grill. Also, the lights were dim and it was difficult to see when I cooked at night. Temperatures weren't a problem for us since we visited in April, but I think it may be a small issue in the summer months since there is no central air conditioning. There are two solo air units; one in a bedroom and one in the kitchen/living room area.

Home was clean and freshly painted. Great back deck and screened front porch. Bed was comfy with plenty of towels and washcloths.

This cottage was exactly what I needed, when I needed it and located where I needed it to be. very confidante and cozy like home away from home. would stay here again and again. No complaints.

The property was adequate, met functional needs. Gloria was extremely accommodating to our needs in a difficult time. Very sensitive!

Small but functions. an inexpensive place close to beaches. Quiet neighborhood short drive from anyplace you want to go in the area.

Great property for the price!

The property was not clean at all when we arrived. We had to clean everything when we got there to get the place presentable for us. We left it better than we found it. The housekeeper came by and she was nice and said there was miscommunication that they thought we werent coming till the next day. Its just dissapointing when a place is not ready for you when you get there and you have to make it so.

We were so happy with the location, price, and communication for this property. We had considered a hotel room as most of our time would be spent on the island with our son's family. This house provided SOOOOO MUCH more than a "room" would have!!! Great price and location. The owner was super with communication and wonderful to work with. Definitely keeping this one in our list for future.

Great place stayed before in September. Came into the property and the window was open in the second bedroom and the blind had fallen down. Other then that no problems and a great stay.

We had a great time at this house. It was a little smaller than expected but it was very comfortable. The only negative was a small pile of lumber/ building materials in the yard. We would stay there again.

This property was great. Amazing location to both ocean isle beach and sunset beach. And also plenty of choices for food around the area. Had a great stay. Will recommend this property to family and friends. And will definitely be staying again.

property as expected. two sofas very worn out should be replaced. Some Kitchen ware is broken or so worn out needs to be removed from rental, Overall a budget friendly rental good for three or four adults. I would rent again.

Location was perfect. Communication with owner was easy said upkeep scheduled. Would come back

The property was smaller than anticipated and overcrowded with furniture. Manager was unreachable by phone. Many essentials were supplied, but one was missing: Toilet paper. wrong information about trash pickup caused us to miss setting it out on time, which must have happened to those before us as the can was almost full when we arrived. Still, it was a place we could afford to stay almost a whole week.

Cute house, needs some repairs. Faucet in bathroom is loose. Saw roaches inside every night. Some amenities listed weren't present- soap, toilet paper. Had to hunt for a garbage bag for the trash bin. Couches old and stained. No light bulbs in the table lamps. Light above washer and dryer was out. Is a cute house and with a bit of attention to details can be very nice place to stay.

Rental home is small but has everything you need. Loved our stay.

Stayed here during our daughters softball tournament. Check in was easy. House was just as described. Would recommended a blind or curtain on back door to keep heat out. Overall excellent place!
