Kathy was very helpful and kind and the place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It was located near to the center of Reñaca, the breakfast was delicious, beautiful room and bathroom, at the same time there was a nice warm bath and backyard.

I liked everything, so nothing so say, I will go there next time I visit this city and I already recommended this place to my friends, I feel very satisfied with my stayed there.

Breakfast very simple, it was okay though, and we buy hottub (extra payment) and it was nice. Beds good, room clean.

The insulation of the room was very poor. We stayed room un downatairs, there is a big window for the street side. You can hear all the noice from the street; birds,cars and the worst; restaurant which is in same building were making so much noice until very late! I heard cleaning sounds until 1-2am, and went to say for people in restaurant, their door is in hotel. In the next morning i didn't like the way how service responded when I told that i couldn't sleep all night because so noicy restaurant in the same building, and other noices. She was understanding but that's all. They should have been more sorry or understand to give atleast discount.

Pancho is the friendliest person in the world. He did absolutely everything he could to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

The location is fine, 10 min walk to the beach and in front of a bus stop to Viña.

The room was quite small and not very clean. Our toilet was dirty on arrival, they did clean it for us after we asked. The service was terrible, there was no one at the front desk most of the time and we had no way of reaching them for questions or information. Breakfast is nothing much and was supposed to start at 9, though late every morning. This place is definately not worth the price.

It was nice, clean and Panchito from the Staff was very friendly. I would come again.
